Yes, cause it wont slide too easily on the water, and too big of floats wont allow it to lift off the water very well because of surface tension.

One motor is tired. Mine now does the same thing. Time to get a Lama or Hunter or MCX. You will love them.

You can get a 2.4ghz hunter for $99 and a BNC MCX for the same. Lamas are cheaper, I think.

Not good, 'cause there is no cyclic steering to so it will tip over from drag unless you really pop it off fast. Only way to know is to try, but H20 and electronics are not too good of friends. LOL.

i found that if this heli wont trim or does big circles, check the stickers on the blade...if one falls off it flys wrong and also if the edges of the stickers start to peel back they catch too much wind.

UGH! I wish I saw this before I got this copter. not thrilled with it at all. mine doesn't go forward, it seems one of the fans is faster than the other and therefore can't go straight... got any tips I could attempt?

Yeah, all coaxials have no good forward speed.

It takes lots of finesse on the sticks to make it work. I put a bit of clay on the nose to make mine move, but then you cant stop. Get an MCX and be ready to be pleasantly surprised.

Sorry. Dont know what to tell you. RC receivers really need to be the same brand for them to be interchangeable with best results.

y does my reflex yaw to the right and rotate left? i did the trim thing and no effect! what do i do!

yaw and rotate are the same think. Did you ever crash it? Cracked, or chipped blades slow one rotor down, causing problems. The trim changes constantly as the battery runs down. Find a happy medium with the trim knob. Some times it needs turned a lot of turns to compensate for damaged blades or bad gear teeth.

I got a reflex for chritmas and when i clicked forward it started to go into a big circe going faster and faster until i didnt have any control. I returned it and got a new one anyway. But if it happens with the new one how can i fix it?

If it does it brand new the same, then there may be some air current pushing it. Turn off all fans and heaters.

It goes forward a bit, then balloons up and stops, then forward again, and same thing. Not too powerful for forward flight.
