I'm confused, when I use a power drain I can only do the extra jump with and elite and not a spartan. But when I use the power drain and radar jam I can only do the extra jump thing with a Spartan and not an elite.

for a spartan you have to use a radar jammer. for an elite you have to use a power drain. otherwise it wont work

1. You have to be the host

2. You need a power drain

3. Jump and when you are in the air throw the power drain and PRESS A right after you throw it and you will jump off the power drain!

(you can do it if you are not host but its harder)
