This guy deserves everything he gets, but seeing as how someone called the DUI hotline before he even turned the car on, you'd think the police would be able to get him before he ran over someone, especially given the "We're Watching You" nature prevalent in most things like this; if I were in law enforcement in SC I be offended by this ad.

The British Crown Prosecution Service put out guidelines for sentencing for convictions for dangerous and impaired driving causing death. Both sets of guidelines set out aggravating and mitigating factors, which many jurisdictions use even if they apply different prison sentences for driving offences.
