It makes sense that some people say its an Arabic art seeing that its actually Arabic words designed in a certain form of art, but not only Arabs performed this, many Muslims from other ethnic groups were involved in the growth of it. so you can call it an Islamic art too.

This is not the Quran, it's a Nasheed (Arabic spiritual song). The Quran is also recited beautifully, especially as it is all written in rhymes and intricate rythm patterns. You should watch the video called "Amazing recitation of the Qur'an by a young child", where a child recites verses in a mind blowing, heart breaking way.

lisen i am an artist, n i have researched into islamic calligraphy, i olve the calligraphy u hve shown, however the zoomorphic calligraphy is wrong.zoomrphic calligraphy consist of anthopomorphism and iconography, u cant write Alahs name and put it in2a bird, tiger etc, its offensive and disrespectful, as well as undermining Allah's supreme chracteristics.i hope i hav made u aware of this issue in zoomorphic calligraphy.
