@The0Random0Cat define beat? becuase technically luffy beat magellan by escape with 241 other people. thugh his fate is unknown, bon clay fought magellan to the point where magellan was in intensive care. bon clay may not have won the fight but he sure as hell fought with all he had

@hollowice999 Actually, it was the Blackbeard pirates that put him in intensive care, although I'm sure Bon Clay fought with all his heart. I suspect that the Blackbeard pirates could only win because Blackbeard had the Quake-Quake power, and Shiliew, who would be familiar with, and keep antidotes of, Magellan's best poisons. Both of which would give them a huge advantage.

@narutardkyuubi actually no it was bon clay. the blackbeard pirates never fought magellan, remember? they faced off and then magellan ppoisoned them and left. they were later saved by shiliew or the rain. also Teech didnt have the power of the quake-wuake fruit. he obtained it after killing whitebeard which wasnt until 3 hours after Luffy broke out of Impel Down

Impel Down had to be my favorite arc in the series by far simply because he's wrecking the world's greatest prison with some of the strongest characters seen up to that point
