Second Opinion/UtK is the best because it is an international effort to stop Delphi. NB is just black market doctors distributing a pathogen, and UtK2 poses only a threat to major pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and cities in the USA- specifically near the West Coast. But again, this storyline required the aid of European nations and a raid into an abandoned African Delphi base. THAT'S threatening bioterrorism right there.

Where as UtK2 gives you the fact of never to trust anyone, it give connections that even is the 'BioTerror' had ended that there is still the possibility of it Forming again, it shows how in real life the goverment takes great-risks to heal people, in NB and UtK2 it shows this, as the Neo-GUILT and Stigma were ways of the Goverment to stop Medical Crisis, As now they do it in real life.

I assume you pronounce it like the Spanish name Miguel, so it would be "Nee-gell", but I'm not certain. With the similarity in spelling, that's how I've always thought of it. I've heard people say "Nigg-well" but that just sounds awkward and silly. XD

Well, in UtK, Chapter 6 explains all that. I found it really shocking to learn that Delphi actually kidnapped infants and used them as hosts for the original GUILTs. Those bastards!
