The burning and collapsing building is in fact the TU in Delft, Netherlands.

It caught fire and collapsed partially.

There are vids here on youtube showing the building in news reels and the demolition of it afterwards.

@slow758 no it's not a tomcat. i'm about 90% sure it's an f-18. the way you can tell is the pronounced fin portion of the fuselage from the cockpit back to the wings leading edges. an f-18 flares out in this area. if it were a tomcat, the "V" portion between the fuselage and the ending edges of the wings would have a more pronounced V shape to them. i use to work on an aircraft carrier (CV-62), from experience : )

After is audio from the south tower collapsing live during the September 11 terrorist attacks. The video I can't explain, but the audio is not from whatever happened to that building.
