@RodneySTR You know whats funny, i realized this forever ago, you know what helps? Learn how to solve the Rubik's cube. I got my muscle memory to be as amazing as it is by learning how to solve the Rubik's cube.

@jded7 By learning the Rubik's cube, i gained muscle memory. So by remembering the movements of solving a Rubik's cube (there's one solid way to solve a Rubik's cube) It helped me further my guitar playing ability by making my fingers remember the positions i learn through tabs and whatnot. Then i learn it through my brain to understand it.

Dude, don't get me wrong, you do need to understand chords, time measures, and the like. But when I started playing, it was people like this, willing to explain and bare with the inexperience of a newbie, that drove me to WANT to understand, not just the need to.
