@PunPlaya21 Using your Nand back up, but if you followed this guide you probably wont have a Nand back up because he didn't put it in the vid. Between installing bootmii2 and the installing wads you're supposed to make a Nand back up of your original Wii system (very important) using the bootmii2, it then saves it to the SD card and you make a back up of it so you can then recover your Wii to it's original state.

i cant seem to get shop channel installed no matter what i do, so i figured if i just install 4.3e like it originally was when i bought it (black new, bought it 2 days ago), it should work, right?

Hi, followed the tutorial to the dot. Everything works. Except Shopping Channel. And I can't play Mario Kart online. It says "Error 86420" and disconnects me. Nothing works when I try to install Shopping Channel. i got a problem, some how my home brew channel has gone missing, i was checking out neo gamma 8 and changed a setting, it then said 'changing hook' or something similar and then my console rebooted. it then booted up and the channel was gone. another problem i got, aswell, is that the pointer on the menu has disappeared, i have to use a classic controller to make the pointer move and select things, if not then it doesnt appear. any ideas? do i have to reinstall homebrew channel?

@andreip168 bootmii is very strict about SD cards. it starts the main screen with some, doesnt start at all with others, and works perfect with most.

try a different sd-card.

@robbie70167 ya i did by using pimpmywii, fully updated that program and used the fix and install updates or w/e it is ( the first option) did the network install and it worked fine after that.

Don't follow the whole process, just 'til he installs HomeBrew Channel, then turn the video off.

After that you should be good to go. :)

1. Get to the screen that allows you to change the settings for the screen your wii auto-boots to.

2. once im in the MMM screen and im trying to get out of it i press the home button it doesn't go to the wii screen it just continues to go back to the MMM screen. So my question is how do I go from the MMM screen to the wii home screen?
