  • i just stared at the hot blonde. If you do a juice diet youll just have diarreah all the time. Do yourself a favor and eat vegetables, fruits, and a full meal. Youll mess up your already "weak" digestive system by juicing.

  • centrifugal juicers are better than drinking industrial juice but what this ad fails to mention is that single auger juicers produce not only much more yield but a much better quality juice. Centrifugal juicers create too much heat and bring way too much oxygen into the juice. Heat destroys the vitamins and minerals and the high revs will make the juice oxydize!

  • I think the point is this, a lifestyle of no juice, of no vegetables, is a bad very bad lifestyle. In the modern world, its easy to get sidetracked by places like Mcdonalds, Burger-King and all that crap you can put in your body including bacon with lots of grease etc etc. Imagine a diet of nothing but that stuff and you get the average American. Its painful, I think most the people in the world at some point in their life have been thru it, and the alternative is to put some juice inyourbody

  • Who employed this idiot interviewer? She's so rude to The Vale, disinterested and sloppy. He's changed so many lives, mine being one, and I was the number 1 diet queen! Yes so he's a bit overenthusiastic at times but then I would be, if I'd have made my living from changing the lives of people around the world FOR THE BETTER. By the way he doesn't advocate living solely on juices, only for no more than a week for detoxing purposes. If you read the books you'll see this.

  • It makes sense you get more vitamins from the juice/vegetables when you only consume the juice and not the fiber of the product as it's easier to digest and absorb.

    I got this juicer about a month ago and it's amazing. Not only does it taste incredible, I've experienced positive health impacts. Brighter eyes, healthier skin and less cold symptoms!

  • No one in their right mind would suggest than an all-juice diet is healthy for you. It's important to eat solid foods as well.

    Too much fiber isn't good either, so juicing part of your food could be beneficial if you get enough fibers anyway.

    Just read your body and you'll understand what it needs and don't need.

  • I would 1000% recommend this diet, its not really a diet more a supplement you should take each day. Particularly if you work out. You won't believe how good you will feel quickly.

  • This shows just how little you know about fiber. No it doesn't nourish the body like the juice does. But physically fiber brushes the wall of the colon losening undigested fecal matter and pushing it through the colon. Fiber also relieves constipation. Meat and animal products doesn't have any fiber. So fiber is very useful in the diet. Juicing is a great thing to do. But you need the fiber as well.

  • Juicing is a great thing to do if you are trying to detoxify the body. However, I think it's better to drink blended fruit drinks by using a blender. Because you take advantage of the whole fruit or vegetable. The fiber in these foods acts as a cleanser for the colon. When you juice them you discard the fiber. Juicing is great on a temporary basis but it's best to eat the whole food.

  • We get enough fibre in our body in the form of pastas, rice, cereals etc. If we ate enough fruit and veg (should be about 10 portions a day and importantly raw) then great but we dont. Juicing puts the fruit and veg in a liquid, raw, enzyme rich form that means you can get more nutrients. If you juice celery cucumber, spinach with some apples it tastes great, but if you just blended all that it would taste gross and people wouldn't drink it.

  • Speaking as a raw vegan pastas, rice, and cereals are heavily processed foods and have to be cooked to be utilized. I never said juicing was a bad thing. Some people who juice a lot of fruit have problems with blood sugar. And your wrong about fiber. Fiber sweeps the wall of the colon taking undigested waste along with it therefore keeping the colon clean. I didn't say it feeds the body. But it keeps the colon clean physically by keeping us regular.

  • juicing keeps us VERY regular!! yes having too many fruits only juices is not the best for the blood sugar levels!! as Jason is always advicing its a good thing to add water to any of the juices!!! i personally love melon juice in the morning after a good work out!!and that really pushes things down quickly!!! i always mix it with some water and drink it slowly...

  • i lost sooo much weight on this diet, i started junking out agen though, im gonna have to do it again before college starts

  • its not really a diet its more like a way of life. My lifestyle at the moment is very busy, working many hours of the week and barely getting anytime spare time so this works really well to compliment my fast pace of living - through juicing veg and fruit. Jase speaks alot of sense about juicing, but as i dont have any weight issues i tend to juice first thing when i wake up in the morning and follow it with weetabix
