This is really cool. Here's some advice to anyone who really wants huge, full awesome mixes: Remember the more you cut away, the thinner the sound is going to get. The best EQ is no EQ at all! In other words: Get good toms/snare, etc, with the heads u like, tune to preference, appropriate mic+distance=pwnage! You may or may not need to cut or boost anything!

i would like to suggest about making a tutorial about DRUMS HUMANIZATION i think its a very very important part on the drums sound and many people just don't know how to do it properly

Do you throw all of your toms to a seperate bus in your DAW and EQ that bus?

Do you mix songs with the drums tracked like that? I'm just wondering since if I did that, my computer would blow up from the CPU usage. Still, they're sounding great, so I'mm gonna try it out.

I'll filter out 100 Hz-10000 on toms. For kick, bass its useful.
