YES! Oh, I love this version of the song! I recognize it well; it's from Italian television, a Christmas Special version of her TV show called Bravo Pravo, I believe it was Christmas of 1970.

A wonderful rendition, simply wonderful. Patty belts it out in that big, bold, brassy Italian style of hers. Much respect to mmle. Piaf, but this is my favorite version of the song :)
