what the hell, that's not useless, you use that to flash/flex your phone, VERY USEFULL unless you have the v3a wich is nearly impossible to find a flex worth using.

I tried it on a cingular razr V3, not a AT&T one and something called Boot Loader came up and said my battery was low and its fully charged. Oh well, I already transferred my stuff to my AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8320

if you hit the power button after a couple seconds of doing that pay attention to the lower left hand corner of the screen, right before it flashes off is reads power key reset. thats all that is. a reset button.

to fix this just take out battery in back put back in hold red (hang up) button and turn it on ther you go

it just puts the phone in boot mode. Samsungs say DOWNLOAD when you do that, much more boring.

i finally fixed mine today here is how.

1. take the battery out

2.put it back in

3. power up just using the power ( it should display some crap like fts an other options an the bottom of the page is prev an next)

now hold down the clr button an the top left button on your razor phone.

i hope it works for you i just got mine going today at work good luck i was screwed too.

I figured out how to fix it what you have to do is while it is in code mode look for master reset and click yes this will get you out of code mode but will reset your screen saver.

the *+#+pwr its for flashing ur phone. the information that it shows its the same thing if u punch in *#9999# on ur phone just like when ur trying to dial a number...this only works on Motorola phone though
