"Khatib" is the word for betrothed, fiance, etc. "Hanni" is usually a shortened version of "Hannin", which means affection/caring. "Hanni" is sometimes a sweetened substitute for the nickname for "Hanna", which is short for the name "Yuhanna", the Arabic/Aramaic translation/counterpart of "John".
