Do you know that Christianity is correct? The world around us reveals that G-d DOES exist, and the historical evidence reveals that Jesus Christ really did come to this earth and there is overwhelming evidence that Jesus Christ really did physically rise from the dead. Jesus is coming again and the signs of the end times that were foretold in the Bible are coming to pass.
Hey, Bruce - what is it called when you BBQ with the heat source above the food? I've never seen this before. What are the benefits? Like zihyer said, it seems to waste a lot of heat.
Actually this is basically an outside oven that is like a roaster. One thing that can be done is that a grill can be attached to the top for hamburgers or hotdogs for whoever don't want whats inside. I would not call this a BBQ cooker since it is not smoked. This is the cajun version of pig in the ground. I also have a La Caja China someone gave me that I've never used, but may before the summer is over. We'll see as time goes by .... Its makes a pretty interesting conversation at festivals
This idea amazes me b/c the Chinese are accredited with coming up with it despite the fact they are known for their efficiency. Heat rises so this would make this a rather inefficient use of heat, correct? Am i missing something or is this right? I saw another version and they said the coals had to be changed every hour.
U forgot to tell everybody that it caught on fire before it was finish cookin' !

No Maz I just saw some a few years ago in Louisiana and decided I'd google some pics. I totally built this from just looking at photos. Bruce
