@takaaki0904 Yea. It sucks too because it makes Americans who are otherwise respectful of other countries look bad as well. Ah well, I still plan on going to Japan one day and showing them that there still are a few good foreigners left. :P
I think that is rude too. Unless it's a life-show television series. Ah anyway this is entertaining at the same time I feel you should have asked permission to do so.
dude your just a japanese wannabe, wapanese bitch, i aint even japanese but when bitches diss others and say they cant enter other countries based on racism? yeah go read your comics and suck a fucking dick
But all over the world people film others eating a meal. It is in its own way rude, but it's a preservation of a sacred practice--dinner. It may be humorous and entertaining now, but some day it could be used as a teaching tool for others. Perhaps this is a more pleasant way to think of it?
thats funny when the obese kid took it and was about to consume it in his mouth, and his sister had a funny expression on her face..so blank. but the footage at 2:14 was funny with the girl being soo still. hahahahah thanx for sharing....i really like these videos soo funny.

You Japanese need to lighten up. It's nothing to do with 'respect' or 'rudeness'. It's thinking for yourself and having fun. You should try it some day. Try and be spontaneous once in your lives.
Really cool, I guess you'd feel fairly safe that no one would take it, too bad that lady had to be a tattle-tale. That poor boy though, was he thinking "omg, I can get a camera here?"?
This was very educational. Ive always been interested in what goes on in an authentic Japanese sushi-ya. I dont think anyone really minded the camera there. I find it weird on page two where the dude thought poorly of Canadians for doing this.. get over yourself
I love these type of videos, as it gives you a glimpse of real life in Japan. This is a public restaurant, so nobody should expect any privacy while eating here. If you want privacy, you stay at home to eat, plain and simple. =)
And being viewed by so many people on YouTube does what to them? Does it stop them from being happy, going to work, paying their bills, having sex, or eating out? No harm done at all, and it's educational for many.
You are a disgrace to your own people. You should be ashamed of yourself and owe an apology to your Japanese peers. There are A LOT of foreigners happily living in Japan, so you have a lot of other people than myself to work on. Good luck,
Sorry, I used to live there for 6.5 years and had never been treated so well by another country's people. My Japanese friends in the states are just as awesome! Most of my friends are Japanese people, so if you're trying to piss me off and make me hate Japanese people, it isn't working. Try someone else. :)
If you want to hate Americans, though, that's your choice.
God could you have had the word "Gaijin" made known anymore??? I mean geez talk about a total tourist. That's just rude. I hope you got kicked out of the resturant for that. That's rude to film people while their eating.
At the end of this video, the woman who works there that took the camera off the conveyor belt said, "Did you place this camera here on purpose?" It's pretty obvious she was angry. But in any event, I'd be a liar if I said I didn't enjoy watching this video. So, thank for uploading this. ;)
mm this vid is soo funy, but i do agree that everyone should respect japanese ppl as they do to us, but there ar exceptions.. this vid is not as bad as u might have expected every one to say so. ^^ tahnks uplading
Ya know, I really like Japanese people so much that I cannot even take offense to your comment. I'm sorry that you don't like gaijin. But please know we don't all do things like that.
That's awesome, though I'd hate to be one of the ppl caught on camera. :p I'm just amazed that the camera wasn't stolen. How'd you get it back anyway?
Interesting the way they handled the camera. Obviously you didn't have permission to film there. And the subjects were clearly uncomfortable. That was seriously not cool, man. Terrible manners. Japan is not your personal playground.
Some filmmaker is going to see this video and realize that that is an AWESOME way to shoot a scene.... only there'll be preparation and people won't grab the camera.
Still one of the funniest around.
