ah, i may not be AKay4101-san, but Toucan Island is across from Waffle Town on the other side of the ocean/lake/river. The sailor that takes you to Waffle Town can take you to Toucan Island later on in the game when you finish the first Rainbow Recipe. GUD LUCK!
