When I was in Tunis during summer where there was 40 degrees it was not hot as 20+ degreens here in mediteran.
But when its 30 degrees it is unbearable.

Ah yeah humidity can make you feel hotter, mainly because your sweat doesn't evaporate and keep you cool like it's supposed to because the air is already saturated. I've been in 52 degrees before in Egypt and 32 degrees in the UK feels just as bad because it isn't as dry.
