  • are there any other school in the world that teach the Orthodox Shaolin Wing Chun? other than those that are related to the master Nam Anh or someone that studied there.

  • try jeet kune do....a style without a style....formless like water

  • NICE! A place that practices real kung fu! woot~! :D

  • I am impressed. Very very impressed.

  • Its okay. Need to work more on combination striking and power strikes.

  • Hey thats good! I know they dont show any knockouts in the video, but I can tell that they wouldnt be able to knock their opponent out in a proper fight efficiently. They have great skills, but they dont have the most important aspect, the blow to end the fight. But at this high level, learning it will not be a problem at all.

  • Wing Chun is 70 % using hands and 30 % using legs so thats not wing chun

  • @suypersaiyan I was there when this video was made, this pratice was to demonstrated leg technics . Just before this 2 others guy did the same whit the hand. So that's some of the kick include in this style of wing chun.

  • Thats Not Wing Chun

  • Well if this is authentic Wing Chun then it is the rarest branch I've ever seen. I like to learn this style because the stances fits my features. Footwork seems much better. Unlike those other Wing Chun stances that limits my agility.

  • @josephgargoyle Our style of wing chun is a bit different from most, you can find all the information about it on our website.

  • @kungfumartialartist I've seen your website and still I see no explanation that says this is wing chun. Wing Chun was a style created to eliminate other fighting styles, like the long style fighting seen in this video and based in 2 animals. A style created to fight in a limited space, protecting the center line and facing straight to the opponent, not giving your flank. Yes, there are different branches to wing chun, but all based in the same theory and origins (the lady named Wing Chun)

  • this was an interesting match, im very interested in this style.

  • wen ih schin se hong he sau se bai scheng dun tai yen zuo hui wen san schuai kshe yen schui dian zhi fai shu kao duan huan wo hai cong bu jing bai hui wen wu san sau schi jie jong zeng zuo hong bai hzsien chi hai chunwu bu shui zhong hui sa wu sau tai dji ja chi hai shu re chun re gji jing bai xia hai jiank wu wei

  • Great job. Congratulations to you both for all the hard training.

  • thats wu tang kung fu.

  • Shaolin Wing Chun?

  • Hm, Shaoling Wing Chun LOOKS nice, just like any shaolin stuff ;) I rather hold onto Leung Ting system :p

  • waaaah my 2 fav fighting, i remember when i used to be a student there, i was soooo impressed by them. but i never imagend seening them fighting, thanx alot for the upload

  • waaaah my 2 fav fighting, i remember when i used to be a student there, i was soooo impressed by them. but i never imagend seening then fighting, thanx alot for the upload

  • grand master nam anh is a grand master in many styles both from shaolin and wu-tang thats why dis is not only wing chun but SHAOLIN NAM ANH wing chun kung fu...dont worry they get all the traditional wing chun training over-there

  • Great sparring video guys. Fun to watch.

  • this isnt wing chun

  • ima take it say tht floor isnt padded lol

  • It may not be exactly Wing Chun, and there may have been some TKD-style kicks present, but nonetheless I am impressed with the level of skill the two fighters showed in their technique. Too often does a kung fu sparring match turn into Tae Kwon Do sparring or childish slapping.

  • @NekoJinRei

Thanks for the comment, but I must emphasize that these two fighters are not advanced level, rather intermediate.

Also again, please refer to our website for more information on our branch of Wing Chun, the Orthodox branch, which although different from others, actually is Wing Chun!

  • @kungfumartialartist Thank you. I'll be sure to check out your website. I always like learning about different styles.

  • @kungfumartialartist it is wrong to say this is wing chun or that is wing chun...we learn martial arts to defend or express ourselves. if we learn martial arts to defend ourselves we must train what will work in a real situation

therefore you should rather look at what works and what doesn't in a real life situation rather than the differences within each style because at the end of the day it isn't the style that wins but the person that expresses what he/she has learned from that style

  • @YoungCrs : dude this is wing chun shaolin style not wing chun ipman style

  • @kungfumartialartist very impressive, i preffer modern matrial arts but that looked very realistic

  • @NekoJinRei No offense but i did not detect any kung fu, only TKD. do you limit your hand techniques whensparring? and what is your lineage?

  • You must be joking. Why not call it sumo ?

  • @palopilus Because it is not sumo.

  • @palopilus Sumo is japanese, this is chinese and has nothing similar to sumo lol. Hope you were kidding

  • This is very good technique, but I am confused as to your lineage of Wing Chun. This is nothing like any Wing Chun I've seen before. Not facing square to the opponent, high circular and spinning kicks, low horse stances, and more.

  • Why this Wing Chun has so many high kicks?

  • @LiMaMuFu Because high kicks are included in the Shaolin Wing Chun Orthodox Kung Fu curriculum. Please refer to our website for more info.

  • Recent historical data has come out to suggest that Wing Chun may have more Shaolin influence than was previously thought. The popular history of WC may have been a cover story to disguise its creation and purpose. Either way it still has Shaolin roots.

  • Choking people out has nothing to specifically do with MMA. Wow. Great SPARING video guys.

  • at the end the shorter guy coulda had a rear neck choke, but thats mma.

  • @urwutueat1 choking someone from behind is not "mma"......

  • i thing the shaolin school teaches more martial arts now though to. i heard that they teach wudang taoist sword techniques there now

  • This styles master was a student of vietnamese wing chun and White Eyebrow also known as Pai Me or eagle claw, That is why it looks so different .A mixture of kung fu styles .I really like the look of this Kwoon,,. NICE.SCHOOL.

  • @TheChiFlows Isn't pai mei different from eagle claw?

  • Wing Chun is not from Shaolin. Check your history..........

  • @bowser8375 Yes it is :D

(Fact is we don't acutally know 100%)

  • It is derived from one of the 5 Shaolin masters that escaped the Manchurian burning of the Temple. She customized a kung fu style to a girl named Wing Chun, who needed to learn how to fight to win a fight that would force her to be married to the winner. The art was named after her.

  • why is there so much taekwondo kicks?

  • taekwondo didn't invent the taekwondo kicks!

  • you guy have a location in washington, i wanna learn o_O

  • Reality is not confined within your own experience...

This is simply a branch of Wing Chun that you do not yet know of.

Visit our website to know more about our school.

  • bring them into the ring at UFC and K1 , they would get smashed . Muay thai and kick boxing the way to go .

  • @hanvo216 Dude bring the ufc out!

Out of a place full of rooles i want to see them working the same in the world of street martial arts...

Tho i thing this video is a FUCK !

  • Yes I agree too. They weren't that great.

But I'm not sure if any MMA artists will have what it takes to fight with a Shaolin Monk though.

They are trained to kill not to fight. Every battle is not really about winning or losing for them. It's a matter of life or death.

I don't think any MMA fighter could handle that.

  • lol shaolin monks aren't trained to kill, learn their philosophy first

  • Lol pwnage reply. But if one of them WERE to fight them.. There conditioning is so rough they'd probably own an mma fighter. But hey 2 different people fighting.. Unexpected always happens

  • Where is the Wing Chun in this?

  • they forgot it at home...

  • Comment removed

  • Is this choreographed?

  • no it's improvised with high discipline

  • It's chinese, but the Master of our school is from Vietnam

  • Shaolin Wing Chun? The moves don't really look like Wing Chun, but more like old school Kung Fu, do they?

Any way, this style looks graceful and fast, with a balanced usage of hand and leg strikes. Authentic stuff.

  • because the wing chun that people know nowadays is modern.

  • looks like 2 girls fighting in my opinion

  • then you would prolly get smashed by a girl

  • It's great to see someone sparring in the old school fashion, without all the pads, and using a variety of kung fu techniques instead of just kickboxing.

  • azfargh?? who are you to talk so confidently?

  • What Kung Fu style is this?

  • shaoling wing chun

  • this is absolutly shit real Wing Tsun is much better and more realistic

  • you just have to on site web

  • not bad, try the snow tiger system.

  • Tch... these attacks only would make someone angry... the hands, even with a light-contact sparring should look firm... not a spaguetti! Double kicks are USELESS in a fight... no firm leg base... not carefull with the waist (brazilian jiujitsu would KILL them...) and they look nervous... from a chinese low graduated student, its fine...

  • they do not punch and use opened hand because its a practice not a real fight.

  • I think it's somekind of combination of wing tsun,tae-kwon-do and wushu

  • there is no combination, it's kung fu and kung fu is the mother of martial arts it is where it all started basically.

  • That is why it is called Shaolin Wing Chun

  • yess you have good tecnike for battle

  • that is the best martial art in the world.

  • NOW THIS IS FUCKING REALISTIC 10/10

  • less wing chun+tae kwan do? maybe, but interesting.

  • that was probably practiced

  • Yah it's kewl they block almost everything. Dang.

  • Very impressive, I'm currently learning Wing Chun, but it's nothing like this.

I'd love to know more about this branch of the Art, it seems very quick and gracefull.

  • love it

  • amazing!

  • damn every one is geting bater ..alex is a monster ..that never changed lol ...amazing

  • this is amazing

  • This is not Wing Chun as you know it. This is one of the less known branches of Wing Chun, one that has kept the teachings of the 5 shaolin animals as well as other techniques.

  • i do remember seeing the 3 kicks from 敗家仔 the wingchun movie, it's um......豹形?

    anyway, impressive.
