Thank you NPTEL for putting up this channel and the DSP series of lectures. A huge token of appreciation to Dr. Roy too for his uncanny ability to teach the most difficult concepts in a relative ease that only he can offer. I have horrible teaching faculty and that really worsens the subject for the students but measures like this youtube channel have really helped students like me, big time.

On 16:19 should alpha and beta be applied to both the x's and the y(-1)?

In 13:41 shouldn't the definition of the accumulator be y(n) = sum of x(l) where l is from negative infinity to n only, not positive infinity?
