Hi again. This and your Strummin Pop are still my favorites. It seems most of the BK7m videos out there sound very dated and old fashioned in their accompaniment sounds. I like your demos because they sound more contemporary. Would you say there are sufficient modern styles to pick from vs old fashioned? Would the BK7m have more, the same, or less modern choices vs Tyros and Pa3x, for example. I am still on the fence to purchasing as there are no units in my US stores to try. Great work!
@jasonkaraokeman Yes, the pianos are taken from the Roland piano series. I believe they were from the a few different models, but they share names with pianos on the rd700sx and gx
Are you using Music Assistant style #159 "Careless Speech"? I somehow could not get the same deep sax sound. Did you have to change the part to get the different sound? Thanks
przykre, jak Roland nie posunął się a wręcz cofnął od czasów g600 :/ Dlaczego tak jest ??? powie mi ktoś ? jak można było zrezygnować z czegoć co było kiedyś na najwyższym poziomie :/
@Italiano551pl Google translate says you are saying this: "Sadly, as Roland has not gone quite the since withdrawn g600: / Why is it so? someone tell me? how you could dispense with czegoć what was once the highest level: /"
I am not sure what your point is. There have been many successors to the G600
Quero comprar o BK-7m pra usar controlado pelo GW-8 pra tocar forró e bolero. Gostei dos timbre de bateria e instrumental em geral. Será que seria uma boa ideia???
@saintpine Yes, as I stated in the notes about this, every sound you hear is coming from the BK7m, including all the solo instruments - sax and piano etc. The HX1 is being used only as a controller keyboard, providing notes to the BK7m via MIDI.
I have a big question if you answer me?? how to make a MIDI file as a final product using bk 7 m. and features Roland's aranger with greetings thank you !!!!!!
@Soryt No... not necessarily. The piano sounds are better in particular, and all the other sounds have a much cleaner tone than before, possibly due to it's seperate mastering processor for the keyboard parts, not a shared one with the style parts. The G70 is only better in that it has organ drawbars and guitar mode. If you don't need those, you don't need the G70. Each to their own, but I have both so am very happy.

Are you using the keyboard only as a midi keyboard to the BK-7m or are you using the keyboards own sound for the solo intrumentaions ?
In other words, is the BK-7m not only a style generator but also an instrumentation sound generator for the main keyboard?

Ciao
Perfect, I was looking for something like this when I bought my Roland Canvas SD50 about 4 months ago.
So I suppose I will sell it and get me this BK7m.
I do have the Yamaha Tyros 4, but it's not exactly a portable solution to take around with me in the hotels when I'm far from home on work trips.
The BK7m + a 61key midi keyboard is a good solution, when at home I can connect the keyboard as a second keyboard to my Tyros.
