  • i am solar powerd!

  • Wow people will really believe anything.

  • @VoidOnTuesday Wow people will really believe nothing.

  • interesting...i've been able to gaze up at the sun at different times of the day for short intervals. And I'm thinking, maybe the sun is becoming less intense somehow, because I'm able to do this. (?)

  • Love this doc. Especially when the guru is caught eating. Other poor guy was a pro at it doing it barefoot at sunrise n sunset then burned his retinas out without knowing it. Mind is powerful thing.

  • I started doing this last summer while I was living at the beach and was able to be barefoot, but now I live in the mountains and there's snow on the ground and while I get GREAT sungazing in in the morning, I'm unable to be barefoot outside. Is this bad?

  • I'm starting a Global Sungazing Project on in5d if anyone is interested :D

  • This nifty film is not to be confused with a late 70s 30-minute comedy short film of the same title made in Seattle, Washington that made fun of religious cults. It won all kinds of inde film festival awards in the 70s. Both films are great !

  • I 2:37-38 is his feet really that flat? I wonder does it hurt?

  • You can look at the first 5 to ten minutes at the sun when it rises. Later on, it become so strong I cannot think it will not sear your eyes. I read a book where you can stop eating as ussual just looking at the sun every day for as long as a year, but after that period of time, your inner self is already replenish and if you keep on looking the sun at sunrise it does not charge your inner self any more than it does previously.

  • if i go blind trying this im gonna be a little pissed...but what the hell

  • Smog dilutes and filters some of the beneficial properties of sun gazing however one still can benefit from this activity. Also people must remember the balance:just because the sun provides us with energy we must also eat although we may not require as much food most importantly are the type of foods we choose to eat.

  • i wonder if sunnyD tried to do any product placement with this film?

  • Stare at the sun and you don't need food? How come all I can think of is sun-drenched and starving children in Africa?

  • @CutBlunt because this is bullshit!

  • @CutBlunt I think they aren't staring in the sun? Or they do?

  • @CutBlunt It gives extra strenght and with water and some food you can live the year long with that, but of course, you cannot expect not to take any food.

The sun must be looking at when it rises- 5 to ten minutes every day, you cannot risk your eyes after those 10 minutes. And with bared feet on the earth (not standing with shoes or on the sidewalk). Do it when it appears on the horizon, you cannot wait until it is 20 degrees above the horizon.Just do it and see what it happens to you!

  • Help me out, I'm thinking on doing a sun cake for my gf with french ki and maybe some philosopher stone for a romantic dinner for my gf. I got all the preparation right, but what should I serve her to drink. Maybe water from mars, vampire blood or simple red wine? I heard alcohol and sun don't really mix up.

  • the sun is our eternal energy that feeds our spirits, which it created, our entire existance is all derived from that bright star above us. if you are looking for your God look at our sun because thats the closest thing to it..

  • @HornOfGoat

The closest thing to god is the sun in your heart

  • That would probably explain another reason for chemtrails....

  • @TheShannonbrit87

You god it. This is so. Sunlight is what they want to end.

  • you will damage your eyes staring at sun..like that if you do not believe me ask an ophamologist...even if sun give you energy what will that energy benefit you if that has taken your eyesight and you started using specticals for god sake leave this silly habbit or else face the concequences chers

  • @adamisking666 the practice of staring at the sun is'nt just as simple as staring at the sun there is a certain method to it, like your only meant to stare at during the last 15-30mins of the day just as its rising and just before it sets, not stare at it during midday when its at it brightest.

  • @adamisking666 not in the early morning hours when the sun is rising and in the late afternoon when the sun is setting...there are no UV rays during those times, thus there is no danger. UV rays are what is dangerous about looking at the sun, take them away and its safe.

  • @Anonymoustube1 You're correct..One hour after sunrise & One hour before sunset are the safe zones..

  • People normally overeat. We tend to eat even when not hungry just for emotional reasons or for avoiding boredom. What sungazing does is it balances your emotions such that you only feel like eating when you're hungry. So SG will not eliminate food consumption, but it will reduce hunger. If you have a lot of fat reserves in your body , you can even go on a lengthy fast on sungazing without any food for several days. But eventually when you run out of fat reserves, you'll have to eat again. Peace.

  • Sun gazing does help reduce hunger to a great extent. I know atleast two people personally who finished the entire 9 month practise, and live on just fruits and salads, that too very little. I myself have been doing sungazing on and off for two years and have observed a lot of benefits. You can check out my channel for my experience with sungazing. I recently posted a video where I do 30 minutes of sungazing. Peace.

  • Eating the sun is completely possible. Everything is energy. Including our bodies. This is 100% scientifically proven fact. It's kind of sad that the majority of people today hardly understand even basic spirituality and blindly follow the message of a society that has been indoctrinated in a paradigm of disconnection over thousands of years and has been hijacked by the global elite who are victims of the same paradigm since birth.

  • @guyoflife LOL

  • dumb shits

  • 1:38 are those the Menendez brothers?

  • I have been EATING SUN since ONE YEAR now! EVERYDAY!!! I´ve been less hungry, more strong, losing wheight, being more aware, happy and fullfilled than never in my life!!! HUGS FROM MÉXICO!!!! KEEP EATING SUN!!! THANX SUN for LIFE!!!!

  • I really, really want to believe that the people endorsing this are clever trolls, but sadly, they're probably serious. This is depressing.

No one's ever gone broke by underestimating human intelligence.

  • @Kerberoz01 haha suit yourself! You're missing out.

  • i am on the fence about this... think i will wait 10 years then look into it again and see whats up lol... besides i could never do it in the morning, i work from home and make my own hours and dont wake up until 10am!

  • Here's is an interesting testimony. Yes if you are an idiot you will burn your Retinas! xD

    /watch?v=UrhKYkeB1yA

  • what a bunch of lunatics !

  • to the top comments you only do it early morning and sunset...and I bet all of you have enjoyed a sunset at some time or another. these are the safe zones with no adverse effects to the eyes.

  • @XaveryMusic Man, brainwashing is how valuable to you?

  • I love sungazing. However I read that this guy burnt his Macula. Is that true? I really don't want to worsen my eyesight as I'm doing it to improve my eyesight.

  • @leahcimrac /watch?v=UrhKYkeB1yA

  • @rahungry That was very good thank you. So am I right in saying that the retina cells can actually replace and repair themselves through sungazing? I have a retina condition in the first place called Achromatopsia which I'm lookin for natural ways to help it.

  • @leahcimrac You are wellcome.

  • @Sirchimes Deny ignorance my friend and your mind will blossom like a 1000 peddle lotus

  • @jillh10 Biochemistry does not say, in any way, shape, or form what you say it does.

  • This was a Buddhist meditation practices by Asanga. It was called Suryaprabhasamadhi. Where adepts make the mistake is thinking the visible sun is the target. It is not. The spiritual sun is the target which is up 8 min. and 30 sec. before the visible sun and always above it and after it when the sun is out of its zennith.

  • Don't try to bypass natural laws, just flow with them and be happy to be alive and eating your "lower dimensional" food. "Ascend" by simply being human rather than trying to create something better. The "something better" you're looking for will naturally come without you doing anything.

  • @jillh10 Get your facts together friend, it is safe to look at the sun one hour after sunrise, and one hour before sunset. So even if sungazing doesn't work, you cannot go blind at those hours, UV index is below 2, actually i think it's 0. Try to keep an open mind to new things

  • @HiddenHand91 Are you kidding? You must be extremely brainwashed. It is never SAFE to view the sun, it is ALWAYS damaging to your eyes. What you mention is when it's least damaging.

But it is damaging, and you gain absolutely nothing by staring at it. This is science. It's basic knowledge, and if you were scientifically literate, you probably wouldn't be claiming or accepting these absurd claims.

  • @atheistworstenemy And who told you that? you seem very sure.. Don't be offended by this, but from what i've seen, americans are a lot more closed minded concerning stuff like this than any other people. I personally know people who cured many diseases just by observing the sun, a lot of them have better eyesight, they breathe slower and are very healthy vegans who doesn't eat often, so you see, i don't base my belief from some video on youtube, but in reality. Greetings from Croatia :)

  • @HiddenHand91 I think you're SEVERELY misinformed. I really hope you don't lose your eyesight. Biologically-speaking, there is nothing that your eyes gain from sunlight other than vision; this is an empirical fact.

  • @jillh10 You obsereved the MOON. It is well known the moon gives out negative energy, now the Sun is something else

  • jasmuheen is over 50 and is so cute.

  • this is not safe. do not believe everything you see online.

  • @ExtremeTMW

Have you watched more than a two and a half minute trailer? Have you watched the entire documentary? Have you researched the website to actually learn the criteria in which this is recommended? If not, how can you so unequivocally make such a statement?

  • @beachkrp Yes. Yes. I have also read other material on the subject and talked to my doctor about it, and two friends that are professors. Staring into the sun is not safe. Do you really believe these crack pots?

  • @ExtremeTMW Not saying they're wrong, but in my experience doctors are so stuck in a corrupt model of doctoring that they are no more and probably far less objective than a standard-issue reasonably intelligent person. Ditto with the prof; profs of what ? profs of sun-gazing ? ophthalmology?ancient history ?

  • @timwebb1000 Sun-gazing in ancient history is virtually nonexistent, you know. People who claim otherwise are revising history completely.

  • @ExtremeTMW You can listen to Doctors and professors, but that never got me anywhere. I freaked a doctor out when I told him I was going to start sungazing. He told me I would be sorry. Well, I'm not sorry. 1 year later and I still have 20/20 vision.

The sun CAN damage your eyes. The sun CAN blind you! But if you know how to do it right, it's an extremely rewarding experience. Why don't you open your mind. That's something impossible for doctors. That's why I never listen to them^^

  • @ExtremeTMW Doctor huh? Do you realize that the Nobel Prize in Medicine was granted to the inventor of the lobotomy? That was considered great medical advise at the time. President Garfield was shot but died two months later, because of infections because the doctors stuck their unwashed hands in the wound. George Washington had the flu and his doctor and family insisted that he be bled, and he went into shock and died. Doctors are lemmings and just repeat what they have been told.

  • te poti hrani cu energia sorelui

    nu e o nebunie

  • Id rather stare at a big pair of tits

  • @deltafour1212 I couldn't agree more!!!

  • to do this properly you should stand barefooted on bare dirt, and gaze at the sun for the first hour or so of it rising and setting, it's ok to allow your eyes to flicker, you won't want to look at the sun anytime after/before when you're a newbie because you will burn your eyes out.

  • hmm i dont know to be honest, but even if i didn't have to eat "food" to survive i would still eat it L

  • I always stared at the sun as a child and i still have perfect vision. and i don't get sick, and i don't take pills or injections of any kind. spare the odd Advil. Ive never herd of sun gazing before this. interesting.

  • I've been sungazing most of this year problem is 99% of the time there are chem trails in front of it.

  • @78KRS monty burns blot out the sun styley fucking parasites

  • @78KRS Not sure if trolling

  • If we can live off the sun then why do people starve to death during famines in Africa? They get plenty of sun.

  • I was able to watch this entire film on the Documentary Channel last night on Direct TV. I have to say that I enjoyed it and there were many poignant statements about this long lost practice. I was intrigued to say the least. I think i am going to watch it again once the DVD comes out.

  • @SonOfTheSystem It's bad for everyone. It's new age and as scientific as homeopathy. Don't do it, unless you want to go blind.

  • @atheistworstenemy

This sounds authoritarian, rather than authoritative. Btw, there's a huge amount to homeopathy too. Ever heard of hydrogen bonding ? That's where the science of homeopathy begins. I tried to look at the sun for too long and too often; so as you focus the beam on the macula, I went acute-vision blind for a few days, and where it should have been red, it went green. But I recovered full function. Increase by 10 secs a day, an hour before sunset or after sunrise, youll be fine

  • @timwebb1000 You lost me at "science of homeopathy." Homeopathy is NOT science in any sense.

  • @atheistworstenemy

So start with the previous sentence, which you do apparently understand. Hydrogen bonding. Look it up. Then extend your mind ever so slightly to envisage the possibility that water can arrange itself arround anything which it dissolves, and stay in that orientation even after the solute has been diluted away. If you're still lost, I think you will probably stay that way.

  • This is quite possibly one of the most retarded things I have ever seen.

  • Answer: No. No, you cannot.

  • Googled something close to this and now I really want to see this documentary.

  • This is incredibly damaging to your eyes, and has no health benefits whatsoever. Don't do this! There is no evidence that ancient Greeks, Incas, Aztecs, or anyone ever did this - that is a made-up assertion.

  • Is this serious or a joke?

  • This was made by the Onion, right?

  • does anybody know where I can watch this, online or something?

  • @tornhawthorne

DVD comes out next Tuesday, May 11th. You can also catch it on The Documentary Channel on summer solstice or on iTunes in June.

  • @tornhawthorne

DVD comes out next Tuesday, May 11th. You can also catch it on The Documentary Channel on summer solstice or on iTunes in June.

  • @tornhawthorne it's coming on the Dco channel in 30 minutes.

  • @tornhawthorne it's available in iTunes

  • humans dont have the biochemicals to convert photons to usable energy also

why would mammals be nocturnal if we get energy from the sun

  • @TheSeige12 We are actually polyphasic sleepers by nature and conditioned into sleeping for one extended period during the night. As for the biochemicals- perhaps you are right, or perhaps there is much we still don't understand. Either way I find this interesting enough to do further research on, and perhaps try it myself (testing my vision often to make sure I don't go blind!)

  • well if your "research" EVER works do try to end world hunger there are billions of people in countries that get too much sunlight that starve everyday. oh and The human eye restricts bright light naturally, but that process itself creates a focused stream of light pointed directly at the macula The macula is the part of the eye in charge of the major portion of vision. This kind of intense exposure can literally create a burn on the surface of the eye causing the cells to blister and crack.

  • @TheSeige12 How about the fact that some sun gazers live for long time without food / barely any food? What do we really know? The truth is we are entering a more spiritual age and will evolve accordingly! Humans are not carnivores yes to many still eat meat

  • @mishabaikal That's not a fact. They all eat food, not one person has shown a shred of evidence that people can survive off of the fucking sun.

    Also, spirituality/religion is dying.

  • @atheistworstenemy Hira Ratan Manek. studies in India, UK, USA. google it.

  • @mishabaikal Yeah.... and? None of those 'studies' used any scientific methodology. Face it, the man eats actual food.

  • @atheistworstenemy bahahah dying? really? hahah u are funny

  • @malagabara Um, yes, dying. Have you seen no surveys showing that the non-religious secularized segment of the population in the West more than doubling?

  • @atheistworstenemy there is a big difference between spirituality and religion. If you are talking about religion, i hope you are right, cause it's cause of ignorance and pain and that is why, specially in the west there is less religiously affiliated people, cause education and access to information has allowed people to see for themselves and not go for fear-based agendas. But spirituality concerns to the non-physical constitution of being, which i believe is undeniable.

  • @atheistworstenemy Follow the money. The only thing HRM has for sale is a couple of DVDs. And it is not necessary. He says that you can use $2 cards to measure the UV index. You would think that he would have those for sale, but he doesn't. What is his motivation? His family runs a spice business. If money were his motivation, then you would think that he would be encouraging to eat MORE food, not less.

  • @beachkrp His motivation is probably attention, or perhaps he does believe it. There are such people everywhere; look at the Phelps family, or people who believe in homeopathy (ie diluting medicine with water makes it more potent!). Sorry..

There is nothing scientific about this, and it is absolutely disastrous for your eye's health, and absolutely nothing is gained from it. There is nothing spiritual or nutritional outside of vitamins from the Sun. This is science. What you say is denialism.

  • @atheistworstenemy

First you say "That's not a fact. They all eat food, not one person has shown a shred of evidence that people can survive off of the fucking sun." Then you say "His motivation is probably attention, or perhaps he does believe it. " I would think that being the head of a family spice business would get him plenty of attention. If he does believe it, then that is because he himself only lives off the sun, or he couldn't believe it. So you are contradicting yourself

  • @atheistworstenemy There is also nothing scientific in the idea that Man has inalienable rights provided by the Creator. Does that mean that they do not exist? While purely mathematical in nature, Godel's Incompleteness Theorem can be applied to other fields as well The theory states that in a system with a finite number of axioms, there exist theorems that cannot be either proved or disproved. There is nothing scientific about global warming or evolution either.

  • @atheistworstenemy My friend. Sun gazing is science. Science knows that we all came from the sun.All the matter that is our planet, our bodies, all of this matter, this condensed energy, all of it was forged in the hearts of stars. Sun gazing is simple its the process of running your body off of higher tiered energy a higher source of energy. None of this experience would be possible without that gigantic ball of hydrogen fusion we call the sun. When done correctly it is not damaging to our eyes

  • @ThePeonsChamp Are you serious? Give me just one example in which sun gazing has been used via the scientific method, where it appears in scientific journal. It is not science, it is, in fact - at best - a pseudoscience.

  • @TheSeige12 Hahaha

  • @TheSeige12 1. yes we do convert sunlight into chemical food, its called vitamin D. Mammals sleep at night, they are not Nocturnal. the ones who don't, hunt at night, they are not Nocturnal. sunlight is Good for more than just a tan. and people are more than bags of meat. the body is electrochemical, it gives off light, heat and magnetism. there are Films that can pick up the light, the same as frequency probes pickup the electromagnetic fields around the head and Chalkra points. look it up.

  • @Mannycom420 LMFAO!

  • @TheSeige12 We convert sun energy into Vitamin D. Please think before you speak, That goes for the 12 dumbasses who gave your comment a thumbs up.

  • @TheSeige12 "Humans don't have the biochemicals to...." How, exactly, do you know that ? Researcher into retinal pigments are we ? Did you know that living things emit photons from all over their body ? (See The Living Matrix movie online) And we convert photons to electrical energy to see, isn't that a form of "usable energy?" DNA is definitely photo-active, it has never been known why. Don't close your eyes and ears to something that could be paradigm-shifting. You might learn something.

  • This guy is going to develop some amazing cataracts in a decade.

  • Comment removed

  • I love sun coz i feel how his energy mcae resonance with my energy. But renember the most of power what makes us stronger come from US and soon is only hmm starter :D who is not require but can help ;)

  • @PoketsOfagenius

Part-1 Look white supremacist You really are a historical retarded…. I am African! I am kemetic! I am your so-called Egyptian! Take your hippy love bulls**t some where else! Robbing Egypt are you smoking crack?

  • @PoketsOfagenius

Part-2 What race do you think the first dynasty of so-called Egypt was…..don’t tell me, Arab looking….. Not African looking i.e. black! And it’s culture!...not colture! You speak of Ego but you want to tell me about my own history….LOL! move on hippy this is the real world and in the real world Race is a factor like it or not!

  • @PoketsOfagenius

Who are you to tell me my thinking is old? Make sure you answer that question first!

  • that lady that laughs at 1:20 looks like a troll lmao

  • In the middle of the day - the hottest day, lying at the beach, eyes closed. Look at the sun through your pink eye lids past the veins... it does wonders.

Never tried to look directly, but it's probably a good idea for people with the right attitude.

Notice how many of these people have green eyes! (like me)

  • ever wondered where the term 'useless eaters' comes from? Of course they know something we don't. At least some are starting to remember..............

  • I'd like to know why everyone can't seem to do this? Does it have to do with the placebo effect? I stumbled onto this during enlightenment. No one ever taught me. I didn't eat for weeks and realized eating was for pleasure. I gained 15lbs of muscle and my girl stopped needing glasses, I got the strength thing as well. However, this was just part of a much larger process. I only stopped because my girl couldn't "ascend." It isn't just an energy thing. Pretty sure it's related to frequencies.

  • Man, that's dumb. Good way to damage your eyes and that's about it.

  • Went from 10 seconds to 45 minutes then back to 40. I gaze 15 minutes two or three times per week, it's been two years plus since I started.

    I'm still hungry.

My vision is fine. I was very careful--celibate, got lots of sleep, drank plenty of water. Good, it helps my meditation.

More to it than looking at the sun. Research Mantak Chia's work on micro cosmic orbit meditation. Earth is yin, Sun is yan energy. Must use mental visualization.

Have goal since childhood to stop eating. Not giving up.

  • I am almost up to 11 minutes and find the practice in the safe hours under 2 uv very helpful to my eye sight and it also seems to curb my excessive cravings for food.

I would recommend that you watch the youtube video by Hira Ratan Manek the sun gazing master who appears in this "Eat the sun" video.

    Happy sun gazing!

  • ONLY IN LAST HOUR OR SO OF THE DAY (sunset and sunrise). When the UV rays are low.

HRM himself told me this. Only within an hour of sunset.

  • @caseyforever or sunrise. You were not listening to him properly. Pay Attention don't spread disinfo

  • @77GSlinger

right right... if you look i say "sunset and sunrise". but yeah the first line says "last hour" so i should have reworded that sentence. hahaha. i wrote that big in all caps because i could imagine someone seeing this trailer and thinking, "cool! that sounds awesome!" then running out and staring at the sun in the middle of the day! hahah. ooooooooops. okay people... within the first or last hour of the day! sunset or sunrise (low UV rays)

    : )

  • @caseyforever Thank You! Safety is crucial!

  • And Forget that “we are the world” BS! Be who you are! Stop trying to act like what your not! Acted dumb like you don’t understand what it is I am implying! Be proud of who you are and what you are!......... stop stealing other cultures way of life!

  • So let me get this right! You’re going to take a part of our African Kemetic science and run with it like you all know what you’re doing!? It’s silly and dam right disrespectful! Go back to your own cultures ways! Robbing steal other people resources and then calling the victims of you crime 3rd world!

  • I have been sun gazing for 6.5 months now. I am at 35 minutes of sun gazing per day and my calorific needs have reduced pretty significantly. Anyone who is missing watching the sun during safe hours is missing a lot!

  • When is this movie going to be available to buy or watch online?

    It looks very interesting :)

  • @iAMr3VOLution1 yes sun is the central server for all beings on planet earth

  • oh, wow, this movie's been a long time coming. i think i bought that "the earth was flat" book like 3 years ago & it mentioned they've already been filming it.

  • free website to watch this -> #FTW Go Movie World . com #CUTE

  • @EdieCatoeify i couldt find i there could you post a link

  • I love Sungazing and I love my food and find no conflict. You've got to be careful and start slowly letting your eyes tell you. It should be done without squinting and if you need to squint then look below it until you don't - or start with waer reflections. If you want to know why those rays from our local star are so powerful and uplifting then read the book titled "Sun of gOd" - just search it on google or amazon.

  • Go ahead, stop eating and start staring at the sun. Everybody wins.

  • when we look at the sun at a tim ewhere it is not bright to us in any way even if that's the last/first 10 seconds of the day, we are filled with joy , its simpe, and science is like 47 condomns and a striaght jacket between you and your lover, it just dumbs down tand atoprhies all sense of wonder, because its biased by people that are insane , and the profitable jihadists that will kill anything with their $ if it does not conform to their marketing

  • the sun is pure love, we are a cosmic battery, most people are dead inside and have no joy, they worship death in dark rooms where they learn how to be selfish and in-fat-you-ate-it with obscenity and medicore TRIVIA , then they ridicule everything holy and good for you, refuse to take any responsibilyt for their wellbeing, and think a lifetime supply of pills that do nothing but warp their dna will somehow fix whatever it is that the pills ARE NOT FIXING , because the cause ? inactivity

  • @omahgeehum you're retarded. if it wasn't for the dead inside, selfish, ridiculers of everything holy and good, you would not be able to spout your bullshit all over the internet for your braindead breathren to "eat up" (bandwidth, and oxygen among other things.) the only "cosmic battery" i see on here doing anything selfish is the one dead enough to be posting such mindless gibberish.

  • by doctors i mean the satan worshipping ones ,

ex : you'r emorbidly obese, here og home, eat tons of sentient beings, watch violent movies, and take suprexizizranmulon , it won't cure you , but i get lots of

$ so we both win !

  • ~~~ i am most concerned about the horirble doctor they featured, what a moron, doctors are a disservice to humanity pushing the biomedical mafias death propoganda and suppressing all natural simple cures with violence and/or stupidity

  • @tscotty32

yes it can r4pelace food, why are you talking about something you don't know ?

  • Comment removed

  • this is the singular moment for the entire humanity .... lets all get people to gaze the sun ..

  • what the.... this must be a joke? how can your retinas not get burnt out from doing this, youll go partially blind :/

  • @kilj0 go to iblindness. com and read dr bates perfect sight without glasses, chapter six, he disproved all sun fear mongering and wives tales many years ago with studies

  • @tscotty32 - wow, to say our bodies need vitamin D from the sun is one thing. But to claim that by looking at the sun you can go without eating any food ever, or become 10x stronger is ridiculous and demonstrable impossible.

  • @0:51 it looks like the guy is straining to look at the sun. This practise should be done effortlessly without any strain. The moment you feel strain, you should stop. Otherwise it can damage your eyes.

  • I have been practising sun gazing for about 8 days now. I don't feel much hunger at all even if I skip meals. I do plan to continue eating, but am doing sun gazing for other spiritual and health benefits. Thanks HRM and everyone who is part of sun gazing community!

  • this is just awesoem to see, i have been practising sooryayog , a particular school of sooryayog where u put a silver coin on ur forehead as u sun gaze.. looking at sun is just awesome. and very healthy , i was a doctor but sun healed me and showed me what ignorance this world is living in. its a must for all.. jai surya

  • @docsunsand i have practising for 5 years , though i never really left eating food , my habits became very different , more light , more organic food and diet.. but just lot of energy and a whole different take on life

  • @firuinthehouse, I didn't like her either but wow, that level of aggression is toxic to you and unattractive to everyone else.

  • @michaelgarfield well i do get where you're coming from, really i do, it's just that this 'thing' is the spawn of satan :)

I'm not gonna watch the video again just to know whether or not i was overreacting, but i do remember that it thoroughly ruined my evening.

  • About 5 years ago I read manson dwinell's book " The earth was flat" and he talks about this movie coming out, I just didn't know when, I was waiting for this movie to come out cause I am dying to see it, I even discovered the members of the jamilian university who teach the art of sungazing through his book, I've been doing lots of research on sungazing for 5 years already, I believe I have enough information to start practicing in march, Thank You so much for this video, finally I can see it
