Your hair looks wonderful and it doesn't look like it shrunk at all. My twistout is usually cute but it shrinks so that I wind up twisting at night. I guesss when more length comes, I won't have to twist at night. Also..... I am so happy that your husband recommended fasting to you! God is so awesome and He will respond to us and honor us when we give Him our time, our body, our appetitie :-). That is awesome about your rest. Stay encouraged my Sister!

Your hair must be in great condition because when I take off my bonnet--my hair is a frizzy mess. The waves/curls are somewhat defined but there's a great deal of frizz on top of them. Your hair always looks great.

Your twists look really nice! That is so true, I was told that fasting at least once a week is supposed to be really good for your body. I did it once last month, and it went well...once I got past the hunger...lol...my husband had to keep motivating me, because I still had to cook dinner for the family...ha ha, which made it a bit more difficult.
