:( I hate both the paragon and renegade options. I wanted first and foremost to give him a fish for free and tell him it's a presidium fish (paragade option; "good renegade." Think Garrus). If I didn't lie I at least wanted to get him one from the gift shop! If you tell him the truth he wonders aloud if there is a place to buy fish on the citadel. HE DOESN'T KNOW HE'S LIKE FIVE FEET FROM IT! The only moral choice that truly wins is for ruthless renegades. Truly Shepard's darkest day.
