Awesome video! Just one thing I want to point out, when barring the fifth fret where you cover the 4th, 3rd and 2nd with the A base note, you can just use the A-minor 7 jazz chord. With the Ami-7 you only need to use your ring finger to bar the 4,3,2 strings and use your middle finger to cover the A base, if that makes sense haha. Probably irrelevant at this point but definitely makes that chord easier to play rather than using your thumb.

Just wanted to let you know i appreciate this. Im trying to figure out how to play it the unsimplified way now! these guys think about the guitar quite abit differently than what im used to... like... what the heck is the 5x5555 chord??????!? oh well, sounds rad.

5x5555 would be a tab, the numbers refer to the fret number and it starts at the top always. The x means muffle and a 0 means leave it open. so its pointer on top string the big E then muff the second, then bar the rest on fret 5, there ya go..
