I guess you missed the "it took me 3 attempts." part - IT WAS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT, if not the most difficult thing I've ever done. My point was, if I can do it, ANYONE can do it. You have to want to do it...first two times I wasn't fully committed to quitting smoking, the third time I was and I was able to succeed.

Is it just me or were those questions a bit one-sided and suggestive? These are supposed to be bright libertarian minds and those were the tough questions they came up with? We are not going to win this debate by reinforcing each other's faith in legalization - we need to dig up the very foundations of this issue. Why is the justice system overburdened? Here in Canada, there are over, 100,000 people arrested on drug-related infractions. 62% of that is for marijuana, 3/4s for possession. Is that what the justice system needs to be concerned with? The drug war is what caused the overburdened justice and prison systems. At best, the drug war is a distraction and a waste. At worst, it's a policy that drives violence, kills the poor and violates civil liberties on a grand scale.
