  • Communism is way to idealistic you can't expect humans to fallow all nice and dandy for the greater good, and people want power and will do anything for it and communism is was to prone to corruptibility (well like any other systems) but it can be easily taken advantage off

  • "" Cuba is bankrupt '' can you back that up ? And most of what you say in this does not even come close to reality .

  • @karatsioras actually look up countries that practice communism and socialism, most of the stuff they put out is misinformation to make them look more powerful, their countries are much poorer than they look

  • @shadowromeo22 I'm not saying Socialism is any good but last time I checked the U.S. was also bankrupt. :/

  • Arguments for and against Communism/Socialism often get very heated and off-point. There does not need to be any argument - all that is needed to say is two simple words: Free Will. For the people who believe in Communism/Socialism because they genuinely want to help people - trust me, I hear you and I hear your argument, but... free will; it is an innate quality and characteristic that cannot be shut off and every single human has it. As long as there is free will, Communism cant work.

  • this guy might be good but at around 4:00 he talks about Armani being free enterprise.. as a franchise being in Red Square.. ok. this is to ev here.. who knows who owns Japan Budweiser Co? Just because it has a name doesn't mean some guy with 5 kids and a wife is making it good by having his own business. I believe in the small business. here's the problem.. why are businesses failing? answer. because they are taxed to death. and that's the straight truth. who's behind that? answer, monopolies

  • The USSR were a military dictatorship with socialist features, Cuba were a police state, elements of socialism and elements of democracy. China, elements of socialism, elements of dictatorship, elements of mixed economy

    not commies :)

  • There's not that much difference between socialism and communism...In economics, socialism means that the government owns a major part of all means of production and resources while communism owns it all..both don't work in the long run, just look at European countries with heavy socialist policies, they are bankrupt.

  • @shadowromeo22 Exactly! - RG

  • @shadowromeo22 "just look at European countries with heavy socialist policies, they are bankrupt. "

Ah, really and you now want to tell me that the USA is NOT bankrupt???

  • @joaquinveyron is that all you have to say about socialism??

  • If you have something of importance to say, don't waste people's time talking about having had ate some pizza.

  • Randy Gage for President 2012 ~ I agree with you Randy... The "Free Economy" is what made America a Great Country... Now with Corporate America and BIG Government there's more control, un-necessary expensense not to mention corporate corruption that robbing the people of their freedoms.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach If nominated I will not run, if elected, I will not serve... :)

  • @randygage We want CHANGE!!! Randy Gage for President 2012 :)

  • @randygage The country doesn't make the people great...

It's the People make the country Great. <3

  • @yourfreemlmcoach Free economy america and corporate america are synonyms...

  • @GrungeRockabilly ~ Actually the free enterprise system is empowering the people while corporate america is making them slaves to their J-O-B-S and disempowering the people.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach Well, the reason free market people are against socialism is because it restricts the free market, no? Well, technically, the only part it partially restricts, is the ability to create a prosperous corporation. Due to the production being owned, and all things being decided upon by the workers, there can be no one leader, rendering the opportunity for a prosperous corporation impossible. Now that that is out of the way, the only things separating the free market from socialism

  • @GrungeRockabilly When BIG corporations make their decisions it's based #1 for the company and the shareholders. They take the workers into consideration last... Do what you're told or your fired. It doesn't promote independant critical thinking. With that being said, we all do need a source or income to live on until we can break free from this stranglehold we've worked our way into.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach So there´s a difference between BIG corporations and corporations? That last bit kind of sound like 1850´s marxist revolutionary theory. Oh, the irony, amirite?

  • @GrungeRockabilly Being this is Randy Gage's channel I believe the focus for me would be to remain encouraging people to work on developing prosperity mindsets by applying proven techniques as in the book "Think & Grow Rich" by Dr. Napoleon Hill.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach Nah... "Capitalism is the most barbaric of all religions".

  • @GrungeRockabilly It certainly is a competitive maketplace... and all the more reason to work on my challenges, my limiting beliefs, and my people skills to grow into the leader that I'm meant to be.

  • @GrungeRockabilly Thank you for sharing that as it prompted me to do a little research. I found... Capital is an essential basic element for both capitalism and free market economies. However, free competition is not an essential element of capitalism but of ‘free markets’. This is because in capitalism, capital owners have a lot of dominance over the means of production and as such may yield unfair influence.

  • @GrungeRockabilly

Capitalism and Free market economy are somewhat entwined as one is an integral part of the other. However, in their true definitions they differ .While capitalism refers more to the production of wealth, the term free market dwells more on the exchange of wealth in various methods.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach See, when you learn to see through terminology, i´m still not convinced it´s helping anyone. You make a good, informed case though and put some effort into answering my questions. I learned something today, that there is in fact a small difference between corporations. But in the end, it´s not for me.

  • @GrungeRockabilly In regards to corporations there is public corporations that trade to the public on the stock markets to investors. Private corporations are for smaller businesses that protects the individuals assets legally by separating their personal assets from that of their business assets.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach are taxes. And tell me, how is a free market economy empowering to the population? Even as a socialist, I am always willing to learn :)

  • @GrungeRockabilly Randy Gage is starting a series on "Cosmic Habit Force." I would encourage you to invest sometime this training as it also is part of Dr. Napoleon Hills training in his book "The Master Key to Riches" and Randy is certainly the prosperity leader here.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach But I realize I switched on autopilot abit there. What are the fundamental differences between the free market, and corporate america?

  • @GrungeRockabilly I think I'll borrow two statements from Jim Rohn to answer that - "Profits are better than wages," and "You can make a living or you can make a fortune." which make me appreciate the philosophies of self-determination, capitalism, sowing & reaping, and the great rewards that come to those who dedicate themselves to them.

  • @yourfreemlmcoach I don't agree with the "free enterprise" system or communism, but I just wanted to inform you that Americas prosperity wasn't built on free trade, but protectionism. See hamilton. That's why he has a spot on money. The problem with free enterprise is that it results in the flaws you listed long term. What we really need is a system with the benefits of free trade and socialism without the flaws. Socialism does bring the idea of shared means of production, but not effectively.

  • @TruthAndLoyalty There is a possible hybrid of ideas that can be a driving force for individual and community prosperity. I'm working on it, but the world will have to wait for now. Something that represents the principles of free trade better than current systems and social cooperation simultaneously, without the manipulation factor that standard long term capitalism creates.

  • the quote is from winston churchill and you misquoted him... he didnt say communist he said socialist and conservative

  • @amosbcfamos Thanks for clarifying that. So I guess the Communist quote will have to come from me! ;

    - RG

  • Is it just me or the picture behind you doesn't move at all? Not even the waves?

  • @LucianCiobanu That is Biscayne Bay, so it's not very choppy unless it's windy out.

    -RG

  • @randygage Ah, ok... Sorry for questioning everything I see :D Thanks for the quick answer!

  • Communism only doesn't work in a dictatorship, unfortunately thats all we've seen so far.

  • All the countries you listed in this video aren't true communist countries, especially not China. China is a free-market system (they just call themselves the Communist Party) modeled after the US but with far less restrictions.

  • @101011001 Yes i don't think there are any true anything countries any more. Most are hybrids. -RG

  • @101011001 I'm sorry but that's just wrong. China is a communist country. They have just now started to introduce some "free markets" in their communist system because their economy was finally reaching a plateau. These free markets are still regulated by government and these "free market" opportunities are only given to the rich who are not necessarily the innovative people you want starting business. Basically they are cheating the system by forcing unreal innovation to exist. They are Walmart

  • @101011001

    Because communism doesn't excist...

  • @101011001 Communism has never existed, and this RG guy is retarded...lol

  • "is anti-prosperity and thus anti-humanity"

This is where the logic falls down, this stands true only for capitalism.

  • @bobbisson So you believe that things which are anti-prosperity are good for humanity? -RG

  • @randygage No, I don't believe that any ideology is anti-prosperity or anti-humanity. That's what I wanted to say, but to admit that communism is not anti-prosperity one has to look at the broader definition of "prosperity" itself and think outside the capitalism box.

  • I hear you, and wonder what your topic will be in Sweeden beginning of October. Hopefully nothing about politics election and all, my personal belief is reddish in that regard. Still not minding money and all the goods they bring but believing in fairness and fairtrade. Take care and see you there, really looking foreward to that event.

  • Hey, you lined-up an AUDI among your luxury cars!!! That makes me smile :)

(have to add that extra-line, simply forgot it yesterday..)

  • A University lecturer once set 4 weekly tests over a month. After the first one there was a spread of A's, B's C's etc, he then said that he was going to average out the score and each individual in the class would be awarded the class average. After the first test the average was B. Then A students put in less effort as they would not be rewarded and the D students put in less effort too as they would depend on the stronger students to get a good grade for them. After 4 weeks the average was E.

  • @Flyba1 That would not surprise me at all.

    RG

  • @randygage I ran out of space in my original post... but the object of the exercise was to prove that socialism does not work.... only when people are rewarded for their effort and ingenuity can we all enjoy prosperity. Under Socialism people of ability are not motivated to act.

  • Why would you edit out something behind you head on the screen? ))

    ^^

  • @zhankus There was information about the company I was speaking for and I didn't want people to think I was advertising for it. -RG

  • that was Winston Churchill. He said if you're young and you're not a liberal, then you don't have a heart. If you're old and you're not conservative, then you don't have a brain.

  • @LeeIM1 THanks for clarifying that!

  • Ayn Rand well described in (one of) her book(s) the nature of Communism and she even shared some more thoughts of what else doesn´t work for men and WHY it won´t work. As you mentioned in Russia (good country to go!): the offered Communism of their past failed deeply, even all over the world. Let´s see if enterprises will grow now from where you´ve planted the value 4 value seeds :)

  • @176IQ Yes that's why her books speak to me so. -RG

  • Realy Great Episode!, I have watched it three times already! =)

  • @Datawigge1 :)
