@GodsOfMW2 nope u just rest the weather back to rainy and go back to the storm shrine and just get to the point where u have to beat the troll and once u get there u fight him again then u go through the door enter the teleporting thing and ur back outside and since u didnt collect the snow totem, the weather is still raining and the chests are unfrozen

The sub is at the docks below bowerstone market bridge. If it's not there make sure your DLC data isnt corrupted by going to the xbox settings. Redownload if it is.

Ice shrine is at the very highest point. It is built into a mountian and you can only get there if its snowing. Hope this helps! =D

Go through the Sun Temple and actually use the cullis gate inside the temple to take you back to the island (DON'T teleport) then it will be there. You have to go through the whole temple again though. Hope it helps.

Yeah i asked that question , and apparently you can. If you go up the path there's a shrine at the top of a mountain. For me this was the ice shrine after i finished the quest and it let me go in and get the book. Hope it works for you!

you can go back to each shrine after you complete all the weather quest, do this by entering the chamber and selecting whichever weather statue to get the appropriate books. you get an achievement for finding all the 10 books
