When a dog chases its own tail is one of the worst things that can happen. Untreated these dogs usually don't live very long. Like in this video, people encourage this behaviour by loughing about it, instead of ignoring it. It is called a displacement activity.

LOL my dog does that if you fiddle with his tail its so funny. And if you blow in his face (i dont do it often) he wipes his nose ITS SO CUTE! and its not animal abuse -.-

When i lightly blow in his face he simply jumps on me and I fall -_-
