This place is horrible! Do not rent or buy in this building. I'm living here and cannot wait to leave. They always mention this building as a luxury building but everything is falling apart! I am the first person living in this unit and I'm careful and yet everything seems to fall apart. Window link when it rains, sink is falling, and you can clearly hear your neighbor conversation. How poorly it was constructed! Sad to say, it looks beautiful but everything doesn't work properly.
