When we face it (the situation?), the biggest problem is that we cannot put our minds to it. We keep thinking about what we will gain or lose out of it. So many people are doing it for so many years, have gained nothing out of it. What will I gain or lose from it? This question lingers in our mind.

  • @SirBigDICKNigga

WTF!! We don't close to Mongolians! Nonsense!

  • @SNSDTVgeneration Indeed, happy to hear objective words from Korean person! I was kinda fed up with many Koreans who speak nonsense about single origin or smth.

  • @quittieloves9 u know u dont need to say filipino language is horrible, cause u dont know how it feels wen people says ur language sounds horrible,u know i am very proud to be filipino and i think our language is fine ,(piece )

  • @nikkoheartzglee I didn't say it's a horrible language, what I said was that the sample was horrible and the content of the sample was nonsensical. I know how to respect my language "ang taong di marunong magmahal sa sariling wika, ay mashol pa sa malansang isda.".

  • Does anyone know were I can learn teochew? It sounds awesome!

  • I have been taking Mandarin for 2 years, I have to pick it as my favirote, maybe its because It sounds so familiar and easy. Cantonese is also pretty cool, and I've always been interested in Thai.

  • i think the least likely weird language is vietnamese. it sounds awful wether to speak or to sing in vietnamese...... i like japanese, thai, malaysian, indonesian, korean.

girl reporter: Good evening to all of you. I am at your service, (her name, didn't quite hear it lol), Wazzup Wazzup for (didn't quite hear it) And for the news you have to watch out for. A couple of days ago, there's a fetus who climbed 1,997th floor and according to the witnesses the fetus used the elevator to climb the 1,997th floor.

but somehow the sample here sounds weird & funny XD

&& i realized tht filipino accents are somewhat familiar with malay/indonesian.

  • its really familiar

    language between malay/filipino/indonesian

  • ENGLISH is the best language in the world!!!! Follow by spanish. BTW i'm asian

  • @YuDumPhuck all languages are beautiful and should be preserved for future generations unlike what our ancestors did when they conquered foreign lands.... Korean and Japanese sounded similar in this video....

  • @YuDumPhuck

Obviously you haven't travel much around the world. English is harsh sounding language, not too many people would pick English as nice sounding language.

I personally think Italian, French and Portugese sounds much better than English.

  • Mongolian sounds cool! Like a mix between Hindi and Cantonese. I'm not too fond of Hindi/Tamil and Korean, even though I watch their movies all the time. Korean sounds like a mix between Japanese and all the chinese accents-- too confusing for me. Well... Malay rolls their 'r's a lot...

  • Indonesian, Malaysian and Filipino are language family.

  • Malay and Filipino sound similar the rest are i find very different kind of weird maybe because I am FILIPINO and Malaysian and Indonesian are related to one another LOL. .

  • lol the korean was talking about Kim Jong Il.

  • hey filipino just like chinese have 8 main languange...TAKE NOTE OF THIS... first TAGALOG the national languange

next are the 3 main (this is second) VISAYAN Language (1. CEBUANO or sugbuhanon, 2. ILONGGO or Hiligaynon, 3. WARAY or Waraynon)

third ILOKANO.. fourth BICOL... fifth KAMPAMPANGAN... sixth PANGALATOK or PANGASINENSE... please put this not all Filipino is speaking TAGALOG itself like chinese we have many language also... ok? so all in all 8 MAIN LANGUAGE....

  • @elbertreal visayan and cebuano language r the same

  • wahahah... I can't stop laughing on the "Filipino" sample... I'm a Filipino but it really sounds awful... The maker of this vid should have gathered samples that are better than those samples...

    Top 5 fave Asian language:

    1.) Korean

    2.) Japanese

3.) Mandarin - but it sounds funny here

4.) Thai - I'm always fascinated with how it is spoken..

5.) Vietnamese - surprisingly it sounds nice... :) It is like in between Mandarin and Thai... hmmm :)

I love our own, of course!!! hehehe... FILIPINO!

  • @ramuj20

mandarin is funny because that is spoken in taiwanese accent. dont listen to taiwanese ppl saying how taiwan accent is nice anyone who have heard languages know the southern accent sonds bitchy and have a ching chong harshness

  • @ramuj20

btw if u want to learn mandarin and go to china go to beijing and shanghai shejiang and jiangsu and learn and listen mandarin there. they are more chinesey and have more aethetic appeal in ppl languages etc (whether mandarin or local native langauges)

  • @ramuj20 wazzupwazzup!

  • @ramuj20 Vietnamese sounds closer to Cantonese and maybe a little of Thai to me.

  • @garfieldturtle Well, I consider Cantonese and Mandarin as one since they are just diversions of Chinese language... But I really don't know so I can't tell... hehehehe... But I agree with a little bit of Thai... :)

  • @ramuj20 I see ^^ yeah it's hard sometimes ^^;;

  • @garfieldturtle Vietnamese sounds like Mon-Khmer languages.

  • @shonietojve true....

  • dude, those indian languages sound like their chocking or rolling their toungue !

  • Lao sounds the nicest, but not according to your clips because you used an old man's voice to represent the Lao language. Why? Look up Alexandra Bounxouei if you want to hear the beauty of the Lao language. Play fair and use either all women or all men for consistency sake. Women's voices tend to sound softer than men's.

  • khmer

  • Okay... the last part, it is the Malay language, not the Indonesian language. There's a difference.

  • same lol .. indonesia language is one of malay languange ...

  • most of words in bahasa indonesia (indonesian language) was taken from malay language.

but, the difference is, indonesia has so many tribe so, bahasa indonesia was being richer because we take those native language. malay is a part of indonesian language, cause we have malay tribe too in riau province and most of sumatra island. but, we have javanesse, sundanesse, and minangesse too. their language make indonesian language richer.

  • @bnarendrah

are u sure indo language is richer ? go to friendster and change the english to indo language "home " goes " rumah" and change to malay one it is " halaman utama " mana lebih tepat ya ?? HAHA ..

  • wew...

why does malaysia people usually so offensive...

my comment here just for information...

there are so many differences between malay language and bahasa indonesia...

  • @bnarendrah

javanese and minang also here in malaysia lol ... hihi ! are u sure indoensian language is richer ?? malaysia also got kelantan ,terengganu ,negeri sembilan ,borneo ,kedah ,melaka, pahang ,selangor and most of their slang and language also has different each other .

  • @bnarendrah

    pelajaran = subject

pengajaran = lesson, moral of story

    pembelajaran = learning

    terajar = taught (accidentally)

    terpelajar = well-educated

    berpelajaran = is educated

is indo's one is perfect as this malaysian one ?

  • what i told before is not about the affixes... bahasa indonesia is same as malay language in the usage of affixes... if you wanna learn more bout bahasa indonesia. you can study it from EYD bahasa indonesia. or anoher one EYD yang telah disempurnakan... just buy it in the book store... hahahahahaha i said bahasa indonesia is richer of the basic word (word without affixes) balcony : beranda, teras similar : seperti, kaya, mirip we usually have not only 1 word to say a word in the same meaning
  • Prefixpe(N)-duduk (sit)penduduk (population)

    ke-hendak (want)kehendak (desire)

    juru-acara (event)juruacara (event host)

    Infix-el-tunjuk (point)telunjuk (index finger, command)

  • it's nice for arguing with you xemoboyz96x

both of us know that bahasa indonesia and malay language and any other language which still exist are very very very rich!!

maybe my bad if i said bahasa indonesia is richer than malay language...

but honestly, i don't like too what you said before.

about bahasa indonesia bagian dari bahasa melayu...

    but still!!

for me bahasa indonesia is the most beautiful language

    (nationalism boss...hahahahahaha)

  • @bnarendrah

i mean bahasa indo have a very similarity with malay one ... its true too right in bahasa indo have so many malay word .. cuma berbeza sikit je .. dan bahasa melayu yang di gunakan sekarang juga berbeza daripada b.melayu zaman dulu , contoh nya bahasa Melayu kuno, bahasa Melayu klasik, bahasa Melayu klasik dalam persuratan Melayu, bahasa Melayu zaman peralihan, dan zaman bahasa Melayu moden . hope its clear .. we are one nusantara ... remember .. `

  • yeah...

    you're right...

    mengikuti perkembangan zaman...

sebelum era reformasi, ejaan kami masih menggunaakan ejaan lama.

    cahaya = tjahaja

    suka = soeka

dulu bahasa indonesia sangat rumit, cara penulisannya mirip seperti ejaan eropa (belanda, perancis, spanyol, portugis)

  • i'm from indonesia...

and yeah, that's not bahasa indonesia...

    that is malay language...

she said "oxel achievement award" but in indonesia, we will say "penghargaan oxel"

malay language still use so many english words...but in indonesia, we still have several dutch language...

  • @bnarendrah

what ?? i think indonesian language has so many english tahn malaysian one ! why do indo speak "spesial (speacial) while in malaysian "istimewa" , bank called "bang" ,logic was called "logika" "ineternational " in malaysia is antarabangsa ... MORAL VALUES HERE ,dont show u're own weakness DUDE! sorry ! HAHA ,theres so much english words in indo language .. !

  • @bnarendrah

hey ,OXEL ARCHIEMENT AWARD IS the name of the archievement outside of malaysia ,could be western archievement award ,so we used to speak the original name , as grammy award in indonesia is it called "anugerah grammy " ??? oh ,dont beein silly y'all !

  • @bnarendrah in malaysia language which words can be created by attaching affixes onto a root word (affixation), formation of a compound word (composition), or repetition of words or portions of words (reduplication).ajar=teach ajaran = teachings belajar = to learn mengajar = to teach diajar = being taught (intransitive) diajarkan = being taught (transitive) mempelajari = to study dipelajari = being studied pelajar = student pengajar = teacher
  • all of your comment here is about affixes, and bahasa indonesia has the same one...

only maybe there a little different in the meaning...

    hahahahahahaha!!!

    silly you!!!

if you wanna talk about words in here...

there would be thousands of pages...

did you think word in bahasa indonesia can be counted by your fingers??

    there are millions of words!!!

  • @bnarendrah

There are four types of affixes, namely prefixes (awalan), suffixes (akhiran), circumfixes (apitan) and infixes (sisipan). These affixes are categorised into noun affixes, verb affixes, and adjective affixes.

Noun affixes are affixes that form nouns upon addition to root words. The following are examples of noun affixes:

  • @bnarendrah

why do indo called "rumah apartment " and in malaysia it is "pangsapuri" "balcony turn to "balcon" while in malaysia it is "beranda" "terminal bus in indo and malaysia it is "stesen/perhentian bas" "cancer in indo "kanker " ?? do u think "c" is totally speak as "K" huh ?? in malay it is "barah" cinema in indo "sinema" in malay "wayang"

  • apartement usually called "rusun" aka "rumah susun" in bahasa indonesia.

we use to say beranda too in bahasa indonesia, but we have another word to say balcony, like "teras"

we use terminal because the influence of dutch colonial, you say it as stesen aka station (in english) cause british colonial.

(that's the point i told before)

it is interesting, cause you say bas (for bus in english).

but we say bus (with our dialect, clear "u")

cancer we say it as kanker (kata serapan in bahasa indonesia)

  • @bnarendrah

terminal ? oh ,terminal bas also used here .. stesen/terminal ..same meaning .. kanker yahh ??? AHAHA

  • yap...

  • @bnarendrah

ok , u clear bout' what i meant by bahasa indo is same with malay right ? aku tak bererti mau menyinggung perasan kamu ,atau apa2 yg buruk ,cuma maksud aku bahasa kita itu begitu berkait rapat =bahasa nusantara .. nice to talk with u ! selamat ya !

  • hahahahaha!!!

    silly me...

why do i have arguing with u about words and language...

it wouldn't be ended until we reach 50 years old!!

    bah!!

i dont wanna kill my time for arguing about words...

    hahahahahaha!!!

  • i vote for khmer ,thai and lao since those three sound really similar. the three language sound really soft and calm

  • I like Laotian

  • I don 't know why everybody 's saying that all of thee languages in Southeast Asia sound thee samee .

    THAT 'S NOT TRUEE !

Thee Khmer languagee isn 't tonal . But I don 't blamee you guys for thinking that . It 's just thee way thee person was speaking in thee video clip which makes it sound likee it 's supposee to bee tonal . So pleasee peoplee , don 't complain ... (:

  • Laotian of course!

  • you forgot hmong (miao) and mien (Yao) and dong yi languages

  • i guess he/she dont wanna include ethnic hill tribes peoples languages. or maybe because hmong/mien sound like chinese already.

  • True. Korean sounds similar to Mongolian. And Mongolian sounds similar to Turkish. So are Altaic languages.

  • Dude, you need to know that the accent of Indonesians and Malays are like English' to an American's.

  • Comment removed

  • I only understand the Thai & Laos Part in this Video!!!! Mostly Wat they are saying is Something that you would hear on the news alot

  • malay very simple to speaks ..everyone can learn it easyly .. let's learn malay guys....

  • memang la senang sebab ko dah cakap melayu sejak lahir. Kalau tanya mat bangla pun diorang cakap bangsa bangla depa yang senang. Ko tanya orang arab depa kata bahasa depa yang paling senang. Lain kali fikir dulu sebelum taip

  • ek eleyy ..abes tu asal org putih dok kt sini pon dah boleh cakap melayu ? org pilipina ,indon ,arab, thailand sempedan kelntan tu .. kebanyakan boleh ckp melayu ..sekurang-kurg nye bahase melayu jauh senang dari thailand utk' org putih belajar ,sebab bahasa melayu-inggeris xde jauh sgt pon beza .. . lain kali fikir dulu sebelum taip.!

  • abis tu apa pasal, ramai orang bangla, cina, India, Malta, German, Melayu, Jawa, Bugis, France, Arab, dan jepun ramai yang cakap inggeris. Lagi ramai orang Asing tahu bahasa Inggeris berbanding orang asing tahu bahasa melayu.

  • exuaf

Sebenarnya language top ranking bukan berdasarkan susah/senang tetapi popularity di kalangan org ramai. English dan Mandarin tu ko faham2 lah sendiri, Jepun popular sbb mereka ekonomi besar, maka lebih terkenal.. yg lain2 tu saya tak tau lah. Melayu tak popular sbb sememangnya tak popular, tapi apa yg aku tau ialah Melayu memang senang sikit sbb guna huruf dan byk perkataan Inggeris, dan Melayu memang senang utk disebut. Mandarin paling susah.. aku Cina pun kata susah.. byk tone.

  • Comment removed

  • Yang aku nak komen kat sini pasal ko cakap BMelayu senang nak belajar. Memang la ko cakap senang nak belajar BMelayu sebabnya ko dah cakap Melayu sejak ko lahir. Lidah ko dah biasa dengan BMelayu. Jadi tak adil la kalau ko cakap BMelayu ni bahasa paling senang nak belajar kat dunia ni. kalau ko tanya Arab pun dia akan cakap bahasa Arab paling senang nak belajar sbb dia dah cakap Arab sejak lahir padahal orang asing belajar bahasa arab sikit Punya susah.

  • lah ..kalau nak kate perfect tu xder la .. kite kalu ckp cina ,jepun pon kalau da lidah makan dorian , jawapan nye dorian jugakk la ... kalau lidah mkn ba*i ,b*bi jugak la sebutan nye .

  • Masalah kat sini bukan perfect tak perfect. Ko paham tak apa yang aku nak bg tahu ko nih. Aku komen pasal ko cakap BAHASA MELAYU SENANG NAK BELAJAR. BMelayu jadi senang kat kau pasal ko dah bercakap melayu sejak ko lahir. Ko paham tak paham nih? Susah sangat ke nak paham apa yang aku cuba bg tahu kat kau nih?

  • memg la , da tu aku ckp kalau org2 putih yg nak tengok vidro ni lebih baik belajr bahasa melayu kite sebb jauh senang dari tamil ,thai , cina, pilipina ... lidah ingeris and kita xjauh pon beza sebut . yg ko kait sebab bm tu da dari lahir la ape la,tak masok ke akal la !

  • kaitan nya ko dah berbahasa melayu lama sejak ko lahir sebab tu la ko kata bahasa melayu senang nak belajar. Pasal apa? Psl dia dah berbahasa Arab sejak lahir. Sama la macam kita. Kita kata BM senang pasal kita berbahasa melayu dari kecik.

  • Kalau ko tanya og arab tu senang tak belajar Arab. Mesti dia cakap BArab senang nak belajor. Tanya bangla pun jawapan same jek ko dpt.

  • Kalau aku tanya mn2 org dari 3rd world majoriti jawab bahasa dia orang senang nk belajar. Kalau tanya 1st world majoriti cakap bergantng pada orang yg nak belajar tu

  • Kalau bahasa melayu ni senang tak der cina n India kat Malaysia ni cakap melayu pun tak betul. Cuba ko dengar cina n India kat Malaysia ni cakap melayu. ko tak dengar lagi bangsa lain yang belajar BMelayu cakap. Imbuhan, Nahu, sebutan semua berterabur. Dalam dunia ni tak der bahasa yang paling mudah orang nak belajar semua sama je susahnya

  • sekurang-kurang nya org india and cina sekarang dah boleh cakap melayu ( walaupun pelik sikit) ,tapi just imagine kalau org inggeris ckp bahse thailnd ,vietnam , memang terboo la . atleast malay la jugak senang .. ada faham ?????

  • tapi tak boleh kata BMelayu senang nak belajar. Kalau Mat salleh nak belajar thailan, vietnam apa masalahnya.

  • koreans okay. i prefer japanese and shanghainese tho.

  • I speak Khmer and at first , I almost mistaken Laos as Khmer ! But it 's different . Khmer , Laos , and including Thai sounds almost similar .

  • @xPrincessCinCinx Khmer and Lao languages are totally different and each of the two came from different language family.
