I've tried all the steps for this effect and it works great on the timeline canvas viewer in FCP. When I try to export my footage into a quicktime, the screen is black where this effect is supposed to be? Does anyone know why I'm not able to export properly?

Can someone please help me.When I drag colour corrector or colour correcter 3-way onto a clip the tab with the colour palette doesnt appear as a tab in my viewer.Cant find it anywhere.Any help would be appreciated

you can use a croma keyer to get the same effect but it is a bit harder to do. you have to make sure you only get the color you want.

whenever i try to do this, it never works. i bring down the SAT. and i do the shift with the eye dropper. but is it because im behind a green screen? help pleaase

I don't know, but I would be guessing that instead of just removing the red (your color), you remove another color too?

I just googled it. think i typed HD video clips.

However i think it may be on the quicktime section of the apple website.

They have some good clips if you want to practice.
