Watching the first episode now...s'okay. Nothing mind-blowing. If her back story were a little more mysterious it would be more interesting, but all that happened was she went out with a guy who's obviously involved with bad people, he left her, and she's upset. It may as well be a Kate Hudson movie where hse vents by joining the CIA. C'mon, writers. Hope there's more in store for the later episodes.

by itself, it ain't bad. but I dislike this due to annie getting her ass kicked most of the time and not using a gun(i'm an action junkie), and the show has a somewhat predictable plot (in my opinion.)and it focuses mostly on other peoples affairs than the missions. the missions are too novice looking. And the thing about ben mercer was probably the only interesting thing,(again, in my opinion.) Now ALIAS was the real deal for me. (do not reply hate comment, this is simply my opinion.).

This is a good show though the only problem I have with the show is that sometimes I cannot understand what they're saying! I mean not only do they talk rapid fast at times, but they kind of slur their words together to the point where I have to rewind multiple times (I watch this show on demand) just to catch key points. I wish the actors/actresses would enunciate better. The only people I can truly understand are Auggie and Jai. lol

If you liked Alias you will like this show. Just disappointed by some details that are too fake. Like what CIA agent can afford to walk in Louboutin shoes? And even if you can afford them, why would you want to tear them appart? lol Also in Switzerland, it's not AIR SWITZERLAND lol, It's SWISS. Ok. It really resembles Alias, and the creators are apparently inspired by Alias. It is a rip-off of Alias, or it really seems like one. But it is worth it, it is fun to watch and Piper Perebo did a good work. I dont mind that it looks so much like Alias, especially the lonely moments of Annie. Annie Walker is cool, yet again there is only one Sydney Bristow, the ultimate secret agent ever ;)

Otherwise, I didn't find this show to be anything like Alias. Sure, she's a spy, but that's about it. As for her appearance - besides the strong, similar features in the cheekbones and mouth, I disagree w/ the comparison. Piper is a well-liked actress that has had a lovely career. And I didn't think about Alias once when I watched this show.
