make sure the police see the video of him parking on your driveway & the date/ time stamps... they can get a tow truck to remove it from your driveway next time and impound it

She has to stop, get out, walk over and move the object. When you move it back you cancel the action. She hasn't inconvenienced or disrupted you any more or less than she has had to inconvenience herself to perform the action. So she isn't "one up" at all. It's retarded and illogical. It seems a little odd that they were left there in the first place. Maybe if they were placed further onto your own property, this would prevent any accidents from happening, and also your neighbour from moving them across the gates entrance and blocking them. If they have been blocking your drive from day one, yes that is inconsiderate, but do you not have a local council you can go to and file a formal complaint?

Just to share with u, when I 1st move in to this neighbourhood, my other neighbour park their car indiscreetly & block my entrance. I did tell them off but it didnt work. I have young children, can u imagine if I have emergency & I cant get out or in to my house ? You should know how inconsiderate ppl around here park their cars. I have done whatever best I know to protect my family even if I have to go with the extreme ! It is nothing !

My family member witnessed the damages that your cement pails had caused to Mrs Lai's friend's vehicle.One afternoon,when u were not at home,Mrs Lai's friend sent her home,not knowing that there's these 2 cement pails on the road,the fren hit one of the pail and it got stucked in between the front wheel and bumper.The fren tried very hard to pull the pail out that stucked under his car,and the car bumper was half tear off.I believe it's becoz of this unpleasant incident and hence she is angry!!!

I sort out use these 2 things to draw the line in order to ensure the next door neighbour do not block my gates. sad to said in my area, ppl tend to park their car without thinking that they might block ppl entrance. i hate most is when i came back from work & i cannot drive in to my poach. mad mad world welcome to 21st century
