I don't think Sam shot his brother,but shot at him. Serial killer by definition is the murder of 3 or more people within a month or so... I don't think that's Sam. I like Sam because he's the most normal. He owns a business, he's quiet, and if he can help it, he avoids trouble. Sam doesn't have a super secret agenda like everyone else.
