Its so weird seeing this after the series has already ended, and that you were totally right (if I don't have my seasons mixed up) about Sylar being a good guy and them uniting against a common enemy (Mr. Patrelli).
for the season one group video its jessica thats standing and niki is in the puddle you can tell by the expresion on her face, if you look at the puddle the face expresion is all worried and scared as for the one standing its a strong face.
i never noticed that before but ur right, i guess sylar is on the other "heroes" side in one way or another, i don't think it'll be a friendship thing, it'll be more like diffrent people with similer goals
it does just give you more mate , but the one i think about is adam whats happening with him ? is he coming or is he living the rest of his days in a coffin which is an eternity for him, but with peter i knew peter shot his brother but WHY there again a diffrent question , i think peter shot nathan cause in his time he's since the out come of them revealing them self and as he can bend time he wants to change it, more questions when i think about it , it just annoys me , more info mate
but I thought Sylar was made as a regular in season 2?? and in my opinion, Tracy is another Altar Ego that escaped the body of Nikki just like Jessica kinda did....but that's just my opinion and I don't want Micah and Monica to go away! i really liked them, they're storyline really showed the issues that go on with families and "gangstas" in their neighborhood.
Some killing before redemption, you know, obviously. But I would really like to see what can be done with Sylar's character if the 'heroes' choose to focus on that part of him that was at first so horrified that he would kill so many innocents with the bomb.
But leave my Mohinder alone! Okay, yes, whatever, for the sake of storytelling, he can go through further momentary corruption, but let's end things with him back as the generally good guy he is, yes?
Also, something else I noticed after I'd finished the video . . . there are twelve people in the picture, and supposedly twelve "villains" escaped from level 5. So, that might give you some hope as far as Mohinder is concerned.
Just remember . . . he already shot HRG. He's shown those "evil tendencies" I talked about, and I doubt he's done yet. Just saying.
True enough. That's a good point. :) I was looking more at the symbolism, the fact that we have twelve relative unknowns that have been classified as "villains" from level 5, and these 12, who all seem to be fighting the same thing. But of course, symbolism can be faulty.
but I think it might also be symbolic in some way. I do like your point about Sylar, but I also think that's really the smartest outcome for the writers to have chosen. We've spent two seasons with Sylar as BAD BAD BAD, so let's shake it up a little. Let what's left of Gabriel Gray see the kinds of contributions he can make without, you know, killing people. Also, that's fire power he's got in that picture, which, except in the freaky future, he doesn't have yet. Meredith Gordon, anyone?
Well, I think that's Ted's radioactive power he's using in the picture, not Meredith's fire power, but you could be right. And Meredith is definitely making an appearance.
They did play around with what was left of Gabriel Grey in the first two seasons, but only briefly. Sylar always came back, so I'm curious to see what they do here.
No, dear. I mean, yes, partially (this is about the b-day vid), but also a big part of it is that JOhn plugged your video on his blog. Like, along with wynflete. You've been touched by . . . something.
Now, about these predictions . . . interesting analysis of said promotional photo. What I noticed most prominently was that nearly everyone was in black except for Mohinder and whoever that ambiguous female in the background is. Now, yes, this may have been because I'm a huge Mohinder fangirl,

season 1 of heroes was my third favourite tv program of all time after Rome(no2) and deadwood (no 1)
season 2 of heroes was the biggest pile of fucking retarded elephant shit i've ever had the misfortune of watching.
season 3 on the other hand could make me forget all about season 2 as it is fucking sweet so far!!!!
adam and elle where the only good thing to come out of s2 oh and maya's lovely body

Did you see the massive spoiler in the special features of Disk 4 of the Season 2 DVD?
It pissed me off to see it, but at the same time, I'm wetting myself in anticipation.
Not with urine.

I didn't see it, but I have heard tell.
I don't know . . . I'm not convinced. I think they're just trying to throw us off the trail.
Could always be wrong though . . .

Supposedly the rumor floating around the net is that the last "Untold Story" scene is a glimpse at Angela Petrelli's "powers".
I won't say too much, but it is on YouTube.

Interesting, very interesting *strokes imaginary goatee*
If the writers strike had only ended quicker we would have gotten more episodes in season 2 :(
I try not to speculate until I see events unfolding.

Well, 12 escaped from Level 5. But who said that they will be the only villains out there? :]

Yes, I KNOW that, Cassie dearest. (Also about the b-day vid.) That was, you know, my last ditch attempt to be funny. :P
