That's what I like in ASP. They do have the raw brutality of deathcore, heavy guitars, crazy drums, and awesome vocals and basslines, but unlike most deathcore band who just mindlessly yell over brainless extreme riffing, these guys actually remain both brutal and musical, at the same time. Their songs have a plan, a melody, and always new twists, new stuff to see. Classic deathcore gets old pretty quickly.

I am a rookie though and rookies make mistakes.
