My Bloody Valentine has never EVER been associated with emo (in fact they were remarked on for their complete lack of emotion in their songs and performances). He definitely means Bullet for my Valentine. I like Jimmy but find it kinda embarrassing to see him here act superior while make this glaring error. it's alright but it gets a bit bland, especially since frankie left and andy parsons has tried to step up the role. alistair mcgowan's andy parsons impression (from live at the apollo currently on iplayer) is spot on.
Dudes, Stephen Fry should NEVER be the host!!! He (the British GOD) is meant to perform! While all the neophytes attempted humor around him, he politely listens to their fumblings at comedy....not good. Also, I'd like ot say that these fellows would have done MUCH better if thye'd scripted up something....just a bit, rather than sitting around like they're drinking coffee and being witty....it wasn't happening! Just so you know love- it IS scripted (for the most part) and Stephen Fry is a Very grand host of this show, in my submission. He's the only reason I watch it. When he does makes jokes they're pretty damn good and he's fully of interesting wittisms, facts and thoeries that usually enlightens the reader :D He's epic :P but yeah BRITISH KING!
Jeremy Kyle is actually going to do a show in the US. Maybe he'll stay there and we'll never have to watch him again!........or they'll probably show a US version of his show on ITV2 :(

MBV are a shoegaze/noise band, and one of the most respected and innovative bands of the 80s and 90s.
I think he may have them confused with Bullet for My Valentine (a crappy Welsh emo band).

What's the "Cute is where we aim for" reference? I don't know much about them. If you mean Death Cab's name it's a song by a satirical band in the 60s.

it's alright but it gets a bit bland, especially since frankie left and andy parsons has tried to step up the role. alistair mcgowan's andy parsons impression (from live at the apollo currently on iplayer) is spot on.

Dudes, Stephen Fry should NEVER be the host!!! He (the British GOD) is meant to perform! While all the neophytes attempted humor around him, he politely listens to their fumblings at comedy....not good. Also, I'd like ot say that these fellows would have done MUCH better if thye'd scripted up something....just a bit, rather than sitting around like they're drinking coffee and being witty....it wasn't happening! All right then, enough of my trolling...just sayin' CHEERIO!

Just so you know love- it IS scripted (for the most part) and Stephen Fry is a Very grand host of this show, in my submission. He's the only reason I watch it. When he does makes jokes they're pretty damn good and he's fully of interesting wittisms, facts and thoeries that usually enlightens the reader :D He's epic :P but yeah BRITISH KING!

Jeremy Kyle is actually going to do a show in the US. Maybe he'll stay there and we'll never have to watch him again!........or they'll probably show a US version of his show on ITV2 :(

@dravarian26 Trends change. But also, you probably see only the best of Brit-comedy. We have some awful TV in the UK, possibly American-inspired. Possibly not.
(IMO) Best American TV - The Wire. Worst American TV - Married With Children.
