I know the b/j shippers are likely going to tear me to pieces for this- but in all honesty, I'm sure it's getting a bit tiring for some fans of Gale the ACTOR to see/listen to all these statements of "he should only kiss guys". i don't really get your problem with gale kissing a girl. this is not queer as folk!it's a completely different story and a completely different character. i haven't seen the movie, but i'm pretty sure, that this scene is exactly how it's supposed to be! they didn't intend to rival a britin-kiss. he is an actor, it's his job to be gay when the director wants him to be gay, and it's his job to kiss a girl when he's a straight guy. what does it matter if he's straight or gay anyway - he's just hot

I don't think there's anything awful about Gale kissing a girl... I think it was just that scene. He kissed Lindsay on Queer there was nothing discussing about that. Also there a movie called "The Unseen" where the actress who plays Melanie on QAF is his love interest (as much as I HATE her character on the series... I think he and her had a lot of chemistry in the movie... I thought they were HOT together doing it in the bathroom at a gas station.
