@illegitimate0 Sure does. Form needed work and it is much better now. I sit back in the decent and spread my feet (so to speak) like I am pulling the ground apart. Keeps me steady and upright.
now squats im ok at i have to take a wide stance to get most weight out of it but i rocked 435x7 parallel could i do right now dont know i was at 292 and now at 280 just now getting the strength back at less weight so thats good but im putting front squats in for a while and let back squat be on the back burner in fact i think they may work even better cant lift as much but hit the body better thats just going to make the back squat stronger and the ead they help deads alot
@strongsick286 from what i ear and actually i feel it to my erectors where sore as hell and im adding things here and ther to get my lifts where i want like i want to up dead and bench so thats what do anyways enough talking shit great liftign man strong as hell hope to be stronger
@j0540212 Russian twists work your core pretty damn hard. It is an excercise I recommend trying out. Haha yeah the alcohol doesnt help on staying lean. I have done my best to try to keep the volume to a minimum.
@Jeminz92 RTS reactive training system developed by Mike Tuchscherer. It is easy to follow and works great. Check out the youtube name power275 for Mike's videos and a link to the website.
Nicely done pisstank. Pretty strong for a weak, hungover day.....it will take a week to get all the necessary fluids/nutrients back in your body, as I am sure you drink like you train....hardcore...ha, ha...
@BRETZERR Ha oh i know. I have been forcing myself with water and shit. Suprisingly I can back from the 4 days off at 238. I thought I would have gained 10 pounds with all the fatty food and garbage.
@rctriplefresh5 Haha no no. That was at my very strongest last year. The squat out of everything is my biggest issue, especially at this lighter weight. I was only 238 today. I squatted over 600 at 260+ pounds.
Learn to do russian barbell twists before you almost max out. your technique fails extremely, use your hips and not your arms. it's a core exercise
