I FINALLY got around to drinking it at work. Pretty similar in taste to the Star Bucks Frappichinos you can buy bottled at convenience stores. But POKKA has one major advantage. A LOT CHEAPER. (gotta get me some more)
My thoughts exactly. Alot of the asian franchises like that pokka drink taste alot like the frapps in starbucks. But I wouldnt buy that because there's loads of canned drinks here that tastes better. but you might only find that one selling around in the states. So enjoy it, and the cheapness :-D tee hee

I pick up the books for my sister so it's interesting to see what happens afterwords (since they have yet to make another season)

I wanted to read Coraline but could not find the book and thus listened to the audio book instead, which was freakishly awesome. Neil Gaiman has the BEST VOICE EVER. It helped that I listened to it in the middle of the night.
I had read the book a while back, then a few years later I was to do a English report on it but didn't have time to read it again, so I listened to Neil tell it.
There's something about hearing the book read by the author that's very satisfying. If you get the chance, listen to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy read by Douglas Adams; perfection!
I'm from the Bay Area in California, about 1 hour's drive south of San Francisco. And I totally agree with the Shag-a-Rant. I make AMVs and post them on youtube, which I know is completely against the rules, but I justify it with all the reasons you have. And more importantly, I see it as an avenue for sales because I've seen many an AMV that made me want to watch the series and/or buy the song. My iTunes library is now full of European pop that I would have never found otherwise.

l live in Wellington, New Zealand, and love all that is fantasy and science fiction. Also anime, illustration, reading and getting lost in forests. Here in NZ we have to wait til APRIL to see Coraline. Feel lucky Americans, we're always a few months behind on the good stuff.

I FINALLY got around to drinking it at work. Pretty similar in taste to the Star Bucks Frappichinos you can buy bottled at convenience stores. But POKKA has one major advantage. A LOT CHEAPER. (gotta get me some more)

My thoughts exactly. Alot of the asian franchises like that pokka drink taste alot like the frapps in starbucks. But I wouldnt buy that because there's loads of canned drinks here that tastes better. but you might only find that one selling around in the states. So enjoy it, and the cheapness :-D tee hee

Yes actually...well, "watched" FB as it has been a while since finishing. One of my favourite english casts actually (up there with Ranma and Evangelion).
I pick up the books for my sister so it's interesting to see what happens afterwords (since they have yet to make another season)

I wanted to read Coraline but could not find the book and thus listened to the audio book instead, which was freakishly awesome. Neil Gaiman has the BEST VOICE EVER. It helped that I listened to it in the middle of the night.

I had read the book a while back, then a few years later I was to do a English report on it but didn't have time to read it again, so I listened to Neil tell it.
There's something about hearing the book read by the author that's very satisfying. If you get the chance, listen to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy read by Douglas Adams; perfection!

I'm from the Bay Area in California, about 1 hour's drive south of San Francisco. And I totally agree with the Shag-a-Rant. I make AMVs and post them on youtube, which I know is completely against the rules, but I justify it with all the reasons you have. And more importantly, I see it as an avenue for sales because I've seen many an AMV that made me want to watch the series and/or buy the song. My iTunes library is now full of European pop that I would have never found otherwise.

Coraline was pretty awesome, probably on of the only book to movies that i have ever actually liked.
on the whole copyrighted thing, this happened to me a month ago on my other account that i vlog on and i just sent them an email or whatever but i dont think it was owned by Warner either.

I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah-but Toronto is a good place to keep tabs on; I never would have heard of "Repo," otherwise. As for why I watch...well, I have to confess you don't talk about much that interests me, but you do it in such a funny way that I watch it anyway, and every so often you talk about something pertinent to my interests. XD
Sorry to hear about the censorship-you'd think they wouldn't care if you're not using it for profit.

I don't make videos, but the copyright crap youtube/wb's coming out with is bullshit. They're deleting so many videos and muting more songs, I think it's ridiculous. If anything youtube is free adveritisement of the vid/song.
