How come there has been no video documentation of all the mines and IEDs the taliban have left in Marjah? Why not release a statement ahead of time stating many of the local villagers were put at risk because they were trapped in their homes by taliban intimidation and the routes to safety were effectively cut off by the planting of mines and explosives. Why wait for the Taliban to use this.
