@Mrfniss We are not a 100% sure of that yet, but we will probably go with the option to level at any rate between 1 to 10. If you have a character at level 60, you have the option to start a new character, already at 60 - with some basic gear.

What's the lvling rates like? Or is it instant lvl 60?
