Mr. Sam..if I may ask you a request sir. I am having a time learning the song "Midnight Rain" by Vinnie Moore. It sounds easy but it's not for me. If you could search for it on Youtube and give it a try..I would be beyond grateful and thanks in advance.

you've got great gear, so why are you using those celestion 70/80's ? They're pretty terrible speakers, they sound very thin and flat in an AB test. Swap them out and you'll be amazed at the difference.

Mark, thanks for showing how the od100 sounds on this solo. I'd love to hear some more overdriven/distorted blues and melodic material using this amp.  It seems that most demos just show how the amp handles heavy metal.

Thanks!!! I'm really liking the Duet, so nice to be able to record something without having to carry a rack full of Digi and mic pre's and an ext HDD. I'm loving the quality and small footprint. Can't wait to get Logic Pro!!!!

Excellent playing! Glad you like the Duet. I use that as my AxeFx interface to the Mac and it works like a charm. I'd love the Ensemble since it's rackmount and would be an "easier" setup, but man... the Duet is a keeper. Just like that solo ;)

@EricMaldonadoMusic Faster to setup and i think the amp models are similar to those Apple used in Logic so they're pretty good.

As sunnibird states..much easier to setup. When I feel like recording at home the ProTools rig is a drag to lug around. The Apogee sounds great. I am not using amp models but I am using the Suhr Od100se+ head with a Randall 2x12"..stuck an SM57 in front then into the Duet....easy as pie.
