Nice vid, good tank. But, eh, passive tanking with 5/5 BS skill and 5/5 in all compensation shield skills with shield relays in the lows would allow you to tank much better.
If he had shield relays on then I doubt he would have enough cap recharge to keep his guns running for very long hehe, plus the power diags give a nice little boost to shield hp which comes in handy for getting the RR time to lock ya up :)

why the 4 PDUs? at engineering 5 you can fit 425mm rails with 3x mag stab, 1 pdu, 1x tracking enhancer or damage control.

I was more interested in tanking than actually doing any damage. My skills at the time were more aimed towards tanking than damage.
