I don't think Jennifer Garner has had plastic surgery; none of her features look really different per se. People's faces change as they got older, I think Garner just 'grew into her looks' as they say. Take into consideration that professional makeup artists use 'contouring' to slim the the nose, chin and jawline, and also that photos of celebrities are often heavily digitally retouched. But yes, the studio did pay for Marilyn to have her nose and chin done.

I think Marilyn Monroe has mainly just transformed her apperance with make-up and different hair styles, has she really had surgery?  And some peoples features can change with age rather than it nesiserily being down to surgery. But I do think Blake lively, Megan Fox and the girl from High school musical have really improved there apperances. sure, A FEW people overdo it, but most people don't. whenever some sort of procedure has a negative side to it, that's always what's getting attention. I'm sure lots of people are glad they got rid of that bump in their nose or got larger/smaller breasts that are more in proportion with their bodies.
