Siegfried is the only character, in canon, who has held both Soul Edge and Soul Calibur for long periods of time, and has underwent physical changes as he grew a stronger connection with the blades. With Soul Edge, he grew a grotesque arm and became Nightmare. With Soul Calibur, his armor has become more crystalline and it possesses an icy gleam to it.

I'm quite fond of Siegfried, story wise as well as simply due to the sheer power of his character. Interesting note, if you change his 2nd costume, the scarf and leg tie to burgendy and the secondary of his costume to black, you get Germany's national colors. I think it looks pretty awesome too =P

I'll be happy to share you my sword fighting style when I've developed it. I have practice swords and have done lots of sparing. I was born in Germany and have lived there for 14 years and do speak good German. cool, I built a 70% scale model of cloud's sword and I use that to practice. That thing weighs 19 lbs (its made of aluminum) :P Its still a little to heavy for me but I'm getting better fast! I also plan to make a replica of almighty Siegfried's Requiem! >:) muhahahaha.

Look, every player has it's pros and cons. In this case button mashing will get you punished by a pro. ALso, just knowing combos doesn't mean they will help. Every player reacts differently, your combo may not work on one person playing Ivy, but on another it might.

u can't win by button mashing against expert players though.

nightmare's fighting style wasnt meant for that, if u button mash, it's a sure loss.

the whole point of nightmare is to punish the oponed for screwing up. it's really easy to stop button mashing if u know how to parry/grab/block. just IMO.

Alright, The sword is not large enough for him to be Celtic warrior's weapon of choice. I know that they used actual swordplay to design the games...you think they'd get it right.
