@Gibbagobba yep, Yuji Naka said in an interview once that Sonic World from Sonic Jam was how Sonic Adventure was gonna look like on Saturn, but then when the Dream Cast came they had to switch consoles so they used what they got in a quick collection game instead which turned to be Sonic Jam!

@SpeedingHedgehog you may be a hard core fan but not hard enough to recognize Sonic Jam, a game that was released on the SEGA Saturn which had Sonic 1-Sonic 3 & Knuckles, also it had a lot of cutcenes from Sonic CD "in HD" and a lot of Japanese commercials for Sonic games, plus it had a couple of special short films in it!

actually Saturn was very popular in Japan , but in the US it didn't find much appealing and people went to the Play Station instead , one major problem for the Saturn was having too many CPU that made it hard for gaming companies to make games for it , which is why you hardly find any decent emulator for the Sega Saturn ...
