That doesn't look like a police car... if you look at the two flashing lights, it almost seems to be the oversize load tail car. When a truck is carrying an oversize load in the US, there usually is at least a car behind it with lights and a sign on it saying "oversize load." Then again, there are sirens, so, who knows?

Wonder if the truck driver got a lengthy driver's license suspension for impeding the cops?

I went to China last year for the Special Olympics World Summer Games, and I seen a great deal of aggressive drivers when I was on a bus from Hangzhou to Shanghai.

Almost reminds me of being in Nova Scotia, Canada again where some drivers on Nova Scotia's highways show no respect for traffic laws.
