  • Israel repeatedly violates the Geneva Conventions by: • Targeting, killing, and collectively punishing non-combatant men, women and children • Moving its own population into an occupied zone • Imposing unnecessary curfews and closures • Exercising disproportionate use of force Israel defies international law and hundreds of U.N. resolutions by: • Refusing to end over 40 years of military occupation • Expanding and adding Israeli settlements • Building the Apartheid wall

  • what the hell are all those blond race traitors doing there?

  • Sugarhitman: Oh, were you there? Did you see it? Has anyone on this page making such generic comments ever seen the open-air prison called the Occupies Territories? What about Rachel Corrie, Tom Hurndall, James Miller, and others also killed by the IDF? What about Tristan Anderson, now brain damaged or Brian Avery, now disfigured? They were also attacked by the IDF not by Palestinians. Did you see that, too? As for A. Koestler, it's still established fact most Zionists in Israel are European.

  • 7:30

The Palestinians are so oppressed. Their mansions only have 7 bedrooms instead of 8.

  • @matlm What are you talking about - the villas in Israeli settlements? - the average Palestinian only makes $2 a day and thousands are homeless because of home demolitions by the Israeli government. What are you talking about - Palestinian mansions???

  • @cakemix2

Kindly refer to 7:40 in the video, If this is apartheid, I want in! I want a house like that. Where can i sign up to be oppressed like this? Can I also shop at Gaza's new luxury shopping mall? The average Palestinian makes far more than 2 dollars a day. He makes over 6500 a year. This doesn't include handouts from the United Nations.

  • @matlm I did notice one large villa upon replay, but it's not typical; most Palestinian homes are poor to modest, and many are riddled with bullet marks from the IDF. The mass villas are Israeli settlements which are scattered throughout the West Bank, illegally, and they're everywhere. Even if Palestinians were rich (which they're not) doesn't justify killing them during a protest.

  • @cakemix2

at 7:40 it's right there beyond everyone. I have been to plenty of places in the West Bank. I have taken countless to get to and from. Guess what? They are all Mercedes, with leather seats of course. Sure there are plenty of apartment buildings in the West Bank that aren't as luxurious as the villa in this video, but nonetheless are comparable to what twenty-somethings get in NYC. The apartments that I visited were occupied by 20-somethings not families.

  • @matlm It's not unusual for third world country's to have people driving old Mercedes. In fact, I can buy one here for about $2,000. I've been to the West Bank, too, but fail to understand what's the difference between people in New York enjoying the same kind of apartments as Palestinians. The issue is human rights abuses, not money. Didn't you notice what happens at the check points? Incidentally, the Mercedes I rode in (taxis) were old, torn, & had no air conditioning in 110 degree weather.

  • @cakemix2

You were the one who said they lived in 2 dollars a day. And no, these weren't old shitty 1980s Mercedes. They were mid to late 90s Mercedes. The kind that still cost a pretty penny. You claim to have been to the West Bank, have you been to Ramallah? It's full of Mercedes. The apartments there are very hipster Manhatten-ism.

Yeah the checkpoints are horrible. It's very horrible that people with bombs strapped to their chests are unable to go to Jerusalem and blow up Jews.

  • @matlm I spent much time there and admit it is a very lovely little city. I was very surprised, too. Many famous poets live there and other richer people, including government officials. It's considered very upscale by standards in Palestine; it's not very usual, though, it's an exception. Do you not think any Palestinian at all is deserving of the equal wealth that the average Israeli (or American) enjoy?

  • As for the bullet marks, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them have bullet marks considering the Palestinian militants proclivity to operate from civilian areas. I of course witnessed the same bullet marks where urban warfare occurred in Iraq.

  • @matlm Israeli citizens are allowed to carry guns, but not (legally) Palestinians (I know there's guns anyway, but that law is still discriminatory). You're obviously in the U.S. military and thus patriotic. I'd therefore think you'd put interests of your country above any foreign one. Rachel Corrie & Furkan Dogan were Americans killed by the IDF; Brian Avery (American) is disfigured for life while Tristan Anderson (American) is brain damaged. Plus the 1967 U.S. Liberty attack was unprovoked.

  • @cakemix2

Israeli civilians need permits to carry guns, this includes Israel's 20% Arab population. Palestinians are not Israelis and therefore Israeli civil law does not apply there, no differently than US law didn't apply to Iraq. I'm not in the US military. I just visited Northern Iraq on Vacation. Rachel Corrie was a moron who stood in front of a moving bulldozer with limited vision. I'm glad we have one less moron US citizen.

  • @matlm It always bothers me when someone calls another human being a moron, without even knowing them, especially when that person is dead and cannot defend themselves. She was only 23 years-old and unarmed. I suppose the person who ran her over was not a moron, though.

  • @cakemix2

Would you be so kind as to explain to me how someone who is 23 years old, whose brain is fully developed, and who stands in front of a moving large earth mover with limited viability is anything other than a moron? The person who ran her over was not a moron. He didn't see her. Quite frankly, though, she was a terrorist apologist and the world is better off without her.

  • Furkan Dogan was part of an armed attack (yes using clubs and knives would be considered assault with a deadly weapon in any civilized country) against the IDF. They responded in self-defense. Again, he is another American i'm glad is dead. I don't particularly like suicidal morons or violent criminals. Tristan Anderson participated in a violent riot. The USS Liberty was friendly fire. It was the first time in history friendly fire occurred, right?

  • @matlm I'm sorry, but I cannot communicate with someone who is happy over killing Americans, celebrates death, and finds so many endless excuses for acts carried out by a foreign country.

  • @cakemix2

And I can't communicate someone who will blame Israel for an idiotic moron's death for standing in front of a moving large earth mover and an armed assailant. With respect to the later, I hope that if you are ever out on the streets and someone starts hitting you with a club the police don't shot them. Because self-defense and defending others is bad.

  • @cakemix2

If you want to talk about Americans killed, lets talk about all the Americans killed by Palestinian suicide bombers.

  • Finally, the settlements are not illegal. This argument relies on an intellectually dishonest and historically ignorant interpretation of Article 49(6) of the 4th Geneva Convention, which prohibits population transfers into occupied territory. A population transfer is a *forced* movement of individuals from one place to another by a state. It is not free-willed settlement or colonialism....

  • @matlm Apparently, there were population transfers as many Palestinians were pushed out of Israel Proper, and went to Gaza, or made into refugees. What about the legality of thousands of home demolitions? Or that super highways run outside Israel's Green Zone through Arab land that Arabs are not allowed on. That Israel, one of the greatest military forces on earth with nuclear weapons, fights a people without an army. There is not enough space to mention the crimes.

  • @cakemix2

The legality of thousands of home demolitions? Would you be so kind as to name me one developed country that allows people to build homes without going through the proper legal channels? How about I come to your neighborhood and build a house without permission from your government. It would be illegal for them to knock it down, right? As a sovereign state, Israel had the right in 1948 to deport and/or expel inhabitants of its territory and territory belonging to nobody.

  • @matlm For one thing, Palestinians are required by Israel to pay an exorbitant price just to obtain a building permit on their own land (I think around $25,000, but am not precisely sure), while Israeli citizen's are not held to the same requirement. Is that a "proper" legal channel?

  • Would you kindly provide me with a reliable source showing that the price of a building permit for Palestinians exceed the price of a building permit for Jews? And lets talk about all the Jewish homes that Israel has demolished as well for being illegally built.

  • @matlm Here are some sources on the home demolitions among many:

    australiansforpalestine;

    Beit Safafa Housing Project 2010;

    haaretz.news/-israel-must-raze-palestinian-homes;

    nytimes/2010/09/23/-edmustafa

    un/children/conflict/english/palestine

    amnesty/en/library/asset/MDE15/027/2009/

  • @cakemix2

Sorry.. Dont see anything that says the price of a permit for Jews is more than those for Palestinians.

  • I challenge you to find me one instance where the framers of the 4th Geneva Convention and/or the international legal discourse at the time even remotely equated population transfers with free-willed settlement and or colonialism.

Of course, this is all moot because the 4th Geneva Convention doesn't apply to those territories as they were not legally part of a member state in 1967, and as the 4th Geneva Convention doesn't say that non-member non-states enjoy protection, they don't.

  • @matlm I guess there are all kinds of ways to get around the fact that killing Palestinian civilians, as well as American citizens, is OK in Israel. A country that occupies another people is required to treat them fairly while they are occupied; they can't just treat them as sub-humans, regardless of how the Geneva Convention is interpreted.

  • Wow, the Palestinians are so oppressed. Their mansions only have 7 rooms instead of 8.

  • Listen. I don't condone suicide bombers, I'm applauding a PEACEFUL protest. Five times as many Palestinians have been killed by the IDF, including children, as compared to Israeli's killed by suicide bombers. It's a tragedy for both sides; can you agree with that? As far as where someone comes from (which I'm not that interested in), Author Koestler, famous Jewish historian, writes that Zionists are mostly Europeans who adopted the Talmud in the 7th century.

  • @cakemix2 That was not a peaceful protest. They went down and cut the the Fence and threw stones. The reason why many Palestinians die is because of these provocations, and for the fact their leaders willingly use them as shields. Koestler was not a historian, who spent much of his time high off LSD, tripping, to find ghosts.

  • You missed my point. It doesn't matter WHO they are, they are human beings who are entitled to basic rights. They suffer, bleed, weep. and die like the rest of us. Having said that, I do not agree with you. If not Palestinian, then who are they? Have you ever been to the Occupied Territories to witness the suffering, or just parroting something you've heard? It would be interesting to know.

  • @cakemix2 it sure matters who they are and what their agenda is. i agree with you that they are people that deserve rights but not at the expense of other lives. you are very very wrong about them living there for centuries. their "hisotry" in that region goes back to the late 1800's. they are "phalahim" from different tribes in syria, lebanon, egypt and saudi arabia that came to work the land. islam as a religion doesn't go back that far...LOL so please do a bit of homework.

  • A beautiful video showing people practicing their democratic right to protest in a so-called democratic land. This is a peaceful protest. No one has any right to attack it, verbally or with an army. The Palestinians have lived here for many long centuries and have an equal right to exist (unless Israelis practice apartheid).

  • @cakemix2 ...

There is no Palestinian cultural or national identity. In the history of the world, Palestine has never existed as a nation. As one of Arafat's hinchmen 'Zahir Muhsein' stated..."The Palestinian people do not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people."

  • Israeli racist nazi fuck off. Shame on you. I know that one day you will pay for all this death, injustice and sorrow you create.

  • Palestino's and leftist jerks, GO HOME. And home for you is: Jordan! Fuck off and leave the Israelis alone.

  • @GospodinMilan Aha , where did u jews come from ???? u came from Britin and france and other countries u

fuckers stop killing people u pigs

  • @treat91 the jews CAME BACK to israel from exile. it is proven in so many undisputable ways.

where did the palestinians come from? when did the come to israel? so far you call us pigs but thanks to us your hospitals and clinics are functional..... moron.

  • This is an illegal protest that turns violent every week. If you take part in it, you put your life in danger.

She didn't die from tear gas. Nobody had seen the body yet. Based on past experience with the Palestinians, I wouldn't be surprised if her death was "assisted" so they can claim another victim, shahid, or just had a shortage of virgins up in hell for all past suicide bombers.

  • @alwysrght1 this protest is legal , first of all, this is our land so we do whatever we want u pigs, second of all, ur media always lie to the world and don't show the true evil that live in ur hears and finally, u pigs will face a day that u wish u could go back where u came from

  • @treat91 first of all, this is a closed military zone. get your facts straight. it is not your land. you have no connection to it, no history, culture, language, or anything that defines you as palestinians. you are arabs from other arab countries that worked the land before the jews RETURNED to their land. every history book, the bible, historians and archeologist will back it up. everywhere you go in israel, you will find proof of jewish life before islam even existed.

  • @treat91 it is very likely for you to use this kind of language.... after all, your koran calls us pigs and infidels. telling you to murder and kill. very nice religion... very peacful.

just don't forget that without the jews and their contribution to culture, society, medicine, science and the list goes on... you'd be nothing. actually, soon the day will come where we will not depend on oil anymore..... guess what.... it will send you arabs back to the stone age.

  • One less!

It's a shame that soldiers only can use tear gas against these rats.

  • @, AndresHerutJaim ya you;re right because YOU TERRORISTS should kill and murder

  • @AndresHerutJaim

Adios.

  • Stop the occupation of Palestine!

    די לכיבוש!!

  • you should probably mention too that a 35 years old Palestinian Activist was Killed due to injuries she suffered from inhaling the tear gas shot by the occupation forces. her name is Jawaher Abu Rahma.

she is the sister of another Palestinian activist called Bassam Abu Rahma who died 2 years ago due to a tear gas canister shot into his chest.

you, david got a video of his murder on tape.

    I salute your work :)

  • @jma1994 ...

Remember this is "Pollywood". She could have died from unrelated circumstances but Pollywood propaganda will always twist the truth and blame it on Israel.
